On February 8, 2024, Queen Camilla attended a musical evening at Salisbury Cathedral which was held to celebrate the work of local charities. The Queen watched the event named 'A Unique Concert for Wiltshire' aiming to raise money for local charities, the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust, Wiltshire Air Ambulance, and Community First - Youth Action Wiltshire.
The concert was given by award-winning pianist Rupert Egerton-Smith accompanied by the Band of the Grenadier Guards and the Band and Bugles of the Rifles.
How lovely she is in this winter-white beautifull coat!
ReplyDeleteYes, good look for Camilla, lovely outfit, coat and dress.
DeleteQueen Camilla looks good in that coat, classic style, no zipper in the front, no superfluous decoration (lace). More outfits lake this one, please.

I’ll second that. Good to see her out and about. Must be an awful time for them
DeleteCamilla looks lovely! Lindvall

DeleteConcentrate on fashion please.
Anyway, I think we’re all too late. He’s married with a 5 year old son.😪

DeleteI think you just have to accept that major Jonathan Thompson is a nice piece of “eye candy” (Les bonbons pour les yeux).
His nickname is “Johnny”
Now back to fashion dear Tulipe.
Because she is Queen, she needs to wear a hat. Queen Elisabeth 11 always did.
ReplyDeleteVictoria wore dresses covering her ankles. What is your point?
DeleteExcept that she is not the same rank of Queen as Elizabeth II was. Queen Elizabeth was a reigning monarch; Camilla is not (Charles is) which allows her to be less formal if she wants. Furthermore, in these modern times, she doesn't have to wear a hat everywhere.

Nice hairdo with excellent colouring for a young lady of 77 years.
ReplyDeleteSalisbury Cathedral is a massive edifice and I wonder how they can heat such a building.
I’d have to take a blanket or two to help me stay warm.
This coat is beautiful, stylish and smart looking. The Queen looks good, very elegant. I love the addition of her brooch, not sure if the centre stone is Sapphire.
ReplyDeleteWhoever is head of `The Firm` sets the rules for members to follow. It would appear that King Charles has a more relaxed approach. Hats in general are being worn less and nail polish more. Her coat is really very nice and winter white suits her.
ReplyDeleteThe coat appears a little too tight, as it pulls where the button goes down the center. Otherwise, a lovely color.
ReplyDeleteShe always looks broader than she is in almost all her coats and dresses.
DeleteReason = to thick shoulder pads
It looks like she forgot to take the hanger away.
Always busy. Nice coat. css
ReplyDeleteReally lovely!!! The winter white coat suits her.
