Princess Ingrid Alexandra has begun her year-long stint with the Engineer Battalion in Brigade Nord

Norwegian Princess Ingrid Alexandra turned 20 today. Princess Ingrid Alexandra was born on 21 January 2004 at Rikshospitalet University Hospital in Oslo. The Princess is second in line of succession to the throne. The future queen started a millitary training in the Engineering Battalion in Brigade Nord last week. The Princess will serve there for the next 12 months. Over the course of the year, the Princess will learn the basics of military training.

    She is a young natural beauty and the photo is nice, but I would like to have seen some kind of formal portrait in a gown and with jewels!

      I agree with Anon. 21/1 17:53. They preferred to take the most recent picture near to her birthday which is logic, instead of showing an older "formal portrait in a gown and with jewels".

    I am glad to share a birthday with Princess Ingrid Alexandra! On January 21st, 2024, I turned 22! And she turned 20! I have so much respect for her! It's insane how fast our generation is growing up! Wow! Happy very belated birthday to us! I hope you are doing well! Best wishes!
