On Saint Nicholas Day, December 6, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie visited Kannerland in Limpertsberg, which is managed by the association "Elisabeth Kanner". Saint Nicholas Day is a traditional children’s festival.
The Kannerland children's home accommodates children and young people between 0 and 18 years of age, who have grown up in unfavorable conditions. The centre provides after-school tutoring and one-on-one mentoring to help them take a step in life.
Stephanie has a lovely smile and looks good. Not a fan of the lime green color though. She just glows around children!
ReplyDeleteI love the color!
DeleteMagnificent smiles from both of them.
ReplyDeleteA very happy Prince and Princess--bringing Xmas joy to children! Stephanie is perfectly dressed for the occasion--a sweater and trousers paired with comfortable flats. She looks so happy and its obvious that both she and Guillaume are really enjoying themselves.

J'aime beaucoup la couleur jaune verdâtre du pull de Stéphanie porté sur un pantalon de couleur foncée !

ReplyDeleteI don’t think Duchess Stephanie has a burning desire to be a fashion icon. The Duchess holds a diploma in Germanic philology. Her years as a student were spent in the domain of history, art, languages.
ReplyDeleteShe studied in Russia, Germany, Holland and England.
She seems to be happy with a ‘no fuss’ wardrobe.
At the moment I think we are seeing her in her winter comfort mode.
Her beauty comes from within, not from what she is wearing.
She always topps it off with her beautiful smile.
Nice to see them supporting this important cause.
