Afterwards, King Felipe and Queen Letizia accompanied by Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary visited Danish Architecture Center. Then, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended a reception held for the Spanish community resident in Denmark, at Moltke’s Palace in Copenhagen.

Yes!
DeleteVery nice outfits for both Letizia and Mary. Mary’s suit is perfection in color and cut…she wears a pantsuit well. Letizia’s repeat dress is beautifully fit, polished and offers interesting details. The pink coat is a great color, but the oversized cut swallows petit Letizia so not sure it’s the right choice for photos.
ReplyDeleteLetizia is not "petit" ! She is normal size, but her husband is a giant ! Look at several pics, compare with Mary. The pink coat has however an oversize cut.
DeleteWhy do some people feel that being petite is a negative? Good things come in small packages. Almost everytime someone says Letizia is petite there is a group that has to challenge them as though they are insulting her.
DeletePetite is short in stature, usually 5'3" and under. Letizia is not petite.
DeleteLetizia usually wears 4 inch heels. That contributes to her height.
DeleteWhen she wears flats she looks "petite". And that is not a bad thing.
Men prefer shorter women.
Letizia is 1,70 , so not petite at all...all Royal women wear high heels ..the thing is that for example Máxima and Matilde are 1,80 tall.
DeletePour ce dernier jour, Letizia est superbe dans ce manteau rose lumineux sur une robe-chemise blanche dont le plissé étoffe à merveille sa silhouette ; je reconnais que je la préfère en robe plutôt qu'en pantalon !
ReplyDeleteI often laugh when I see Fredrik: it’s impossible not to like him though: that’s just the way he is: just cool guy, relaxed, laugh and really doesn’t care how she looks 😆
ReplyDeleteYes, he’s all of what you say.
DeleteAnd going to a tailor to have a suit made that fits him well is not on his priority list.😁
Well, CP Frederik should indeed care how he looks, considering he is on board to be king one of these days. Joachim has always been more tailored in his appearance. Shame nobody took Fred aside & tutored him in men's charm school & also how to look & walk more presentable. |Melanie|
DeleteYes, Frederick looks like a lot of fun though not well styled. Filipe on the other hand, well styled but doesn’t look like he’d be the life of the party. Haha
DeleteYes, he always is this “little boy no one can be angry with because he is so charming” type.
DeleteBut I’m appalled by the fotos in the spanish papers. He was out and about alone with this “socialite” in Madrid, didn’t inform the authorities that he was in the country, they even said he slept in this lady’s apartment, and all that while his wife was away working New York. Even if the latter is untrue, the whole thing does leave a bad taste. Mary is very brave, she showed up today pretty and well put together as always. I would’ve been fuming and left my husband facing the music alone. Well, that’s why I’m not crown princess material, I guess 😂

In that line , the winner here is the spanish foreign office minister ( 12th picture ) unbelievable!!
DeleteAnd right the opposite King Felipe , best tailoring always
I hope Mary doesn’t have to remind Frederick to change his underwear.
DeleteUnfortunately, I have to remind my hubby.
Our romantic days as starry eyed young lovers finished many years ago. 😓

DeleteWell, you know I'm a bit naughty sometimes.
I just wanted to make a joke about his underwear but...ehm...it is not the case under the current circumstances, you know...
Anyway, the guy has a sharp eye for...beauty...so as to say...
Ok, Letizia' s deep rose/ bright pink coat is great, even on her shoulders.
If you want my ' opinion' on other topics ...let's say about...ehm...the scent of Spain and Madrid , for example...ehm...do not hesitate to ask me 😎🤭😉👋
Love the colour of Letizia’s coat but overall prefer the practicality and fit of Mary’s suit. What’s the brooch she has? It’s quite a piece! - AnneLise
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pink coat!
ReplyDeleteThe white shirtdress and pink coat I love. CP Mary's pantsuit looks fabulous, love the addition of the brooch. Queen M, looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteLetizia is perfection here. Mary looking lovely. JJ
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Letizia chose a bright pink coat to add a spark of colour to the otherwise gloomy autumn weather. All her coats look too big on her lately but I guess because she is so slim it's hard to get a perfect fit. The white shirtdress looks elegant and stylish underneath and is a subtle contrast to the coat. Mary's pantsuit looks good on her and the striking brooch adds some interest. We finally see a bit of warmth between these two ladies on the final day of the visit.
ReplyDeleteLetizia's coats all fit how they should. Her size has nothing to do with it. Clothes come in all sizes and she is always expertly tailored. It is the style that you are not accustomed to.
DeleteGood said, Anon 08:32!
DeleteLove the pink coat and I think it is supposed to fit like this. White dress and CP Mary's outfit are beautiful and well fitted
DeleteNice line up of top brand fashion names.
ReplyDeleteThe outsider must be Princess Mary’s pantsuit which is by the Australian fashion house SCANLAN THEODORE. It has been established for over 30 years and is based in the trendy Melbourne suburb of South Yarra.
Thanks for mentioning this Australian label deadeggs.
DeleteFabuleuse Letizia
ReplyDeleteFroufrou
That bubble-gum pink is a beautiful colour. Letizia has worn a different coat every day of this visit. Her white pleated dress is pretty as well.
ReplyDeleteMary looks smart and professional in her well cut and nicely worn suit.

Do you remember the occasions when Maxima wore her coat on her shoulders?
ReplyDeleteWe gave her a rough time, didn't we?
I also think it looks silly on QL, especially since she’s so thin compared to Maxima. MR
Delete"We" did?? Please speak for yourself.
DeleteSorry @Anon 08:47
DeleteI’ll rephrase what I said to be as follows.
“A lot of us but not all, gave her a rough time, didn't we?”
I see nothing wrong with wearing a coat over the shoulders. There are reasons, which have been discussed before. Women have done it for decades. It is nothing new.
DeleteThe RL's looks great. I do like the coat and color of Letizia's coat. css
ReplyDeleteI love Queen Letizia's white dress, it's smart and elegant. Her pink coat when worn properly is lovely. In the first pic, she looks 8 months pregnant and in the line up in pic 3 just silly. CP Mary's trouser suit is smart but dull in comparison. The whole trip has been a bright light in these dull November days
ReplyDeleteI like the pink coat; style a bit oversized. Mary's suit is lovely and tailored. I wonder how Queen's and would be Queens view each other, when they are not the main Monarch of their country; but commoners. Queen Margrethe is always stylish and cheery.(Tara)
