I really want to like this. The fabric and colour I like, the boots are beautiful. But somehow it doesn't work for me. Is it too big maybe? And I think a small necklace or something would fill up the bare collarbone area. It's all in all a bit too plain for me.

Yes, the light grey colour is a bit drab and it just doesn't fit well.

I think it's the shape of the dress. It already looks much better on Letizia than on the model, but I agree: I also really want to like this but something's off. Damsel Drzgonfly

    3. its flattering from the side view, not so much on the front. And a different colour would have been great

    4. An example of a minimalist style, for those who like it ! I don't think a necklace would be ok ; if one, it could only be a minimalist one as well.

  3. Oh, vraiment ce modèle de robe est mieux porté par Letizia surtout avec des bottes que par le mannequin qui n'est pas avantagé par des chaussures plates !

The dress looks fantastic on her you compare how it looks on the modell. Love her boots also 🥰

I am not in love with this dress. It may be the styling. It is very possible different hair and shoes could completely change this look. I don't usually mind grey tones, but this complete picture isn't working. I love her boots! Maybe if she had worn her red boots with this dress I would have liked it more. I'm sadly disappointed this time.

I find the dress and boot combo a miss match. The Queen is past the age to wear the long, wavy hair style, IMHO. Not a polished look, IMO. MR

I find a lot of famous women grow their hair very long when they get older. One who comes to mind is Marie Osmond. She had it very short when young and now it is almost waist length and she is 64. Maybe they feel it makes them look younger. Sandra

SO much more flattering than the figure hugging blue dresses she has worn on her last two public appearances......!

  10. I want to shorten the dress, make the hem even, swap the boots for pumps and add some colour somewhere (I´m thinking red shoes, purse and necklace).

Letizia wins here with less is more: the dress provides enough visual interest through the soft folds and contours provided by the side gatherings. Perfect with black boots. (GM)

Beautiful dress but there is something that does not sit right with me. Perhaps it is the contrast between the open neck and heavy boots or just the lack of a necklace. It feels a bit too long as well.

Oh no! Normally enormous fan of Letizia's clothing. But this. Colour does not do anything, dress too wide too fluffy etc.

I think it's a great dress. The soft folds in it give it a beautiful movement. There is enough interest in the dress you don't need a lot of jewelry. The boots are fantastic. She looks phenomenal.

  17. Minimalistic look, it looks great. Elegance doesn't mean huge hats, big jewelry, and shiny dresses. Less is more.

  18. My first thought was wearing a Sexy Prison Matron Halloween costume lol. That color just ruins the look for me and I don't think it suits the Queen.

As always QLet pulls off whatever she wears--she is gorgeous. But I can't say I'm a big fan of the dress--the color is not a great one for Letizia and I really do not like the hemline or the waist area. I do like how she has styled it--the boots really help the look of the dress. Hope she puts this one at the back of the closet.

Quello della modella sembra diverso, per Letizia è stato creato un drappeggio sui fianchi e anche sul collo.
Il grigio mi piace, ma qui Letizia sembra un po’ spenta.

Q.Letizia is simply smashing in this dress!
Great fit and the gathering on one side is so flattering on her.
Love how she paired it with the black boots.
    Easy chic, well done 👍👍

I think it's a great dress but in some photos, here and elsewhere, there seems to be some static cling, which impacts the drape. I do prefer the way it's styled on the model. a slightly edgier look with the higher crossover .ehBeth

A no for me on this outfit. The colour does nothing for the Queen, the style is not a good fir and the boots just not a good fit either.
