King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain are making a 3-day state visit to Denmark. on November 7, 2023, Queen Letizia of Spain and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark visited Mary Elizabeth’s Hospital, which is Rigshospitalet’s hospital for children, teens, pregnant women and their families. They also visited the Testhouse, which is the setting for user involvement, development and testing of solutions for the hospital.

So wonderful to see them out together. Letizia's wearing a beautiful dress. I'm not fond of Mary's outfit, I wish she'd worn a dress too. Both are wearing beautiful coats.

Dear Damsel, she does visit children's hospitals (Niño Jesús in Madrid for example) and she is the patron of the Spanish Cancer Society and the Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases, visiting each year people suffering this kind of diseases. What happens is that the photos are not always published or that you can only see images on Spanish television.

ReplyDeleteLetizia's dress has a good cut, but I don't think the colord of dress goes well with the color of the coat. But that's my personal preference.
ReplyDeleteI like Mary's outfit better, her coat fits better (Letizia's coat is too big for her). I like Mary's black blouse, but I like the model's leather skirt much more than Mary's skirt.

ReplyDeleteJust a little comment to share with you about the speech of His Majesty, King Felipe, in the gala dinner. He referred to the parallel lives of the crown prince couple and his own couple with Queen Letizia whose marriages were celebrated 20 years ago, as well as the recent coming of age of Princes Christian and Leonor, a guarantee of dynastic continuity for both monarchs. A touching moment just before the toast.
