    1. I think the black boots look very well with this dark green. - AnneLise

    2. Dear Achard62 (Tulipe)
I raise the same question as you about wearing boots indoors.
I understand the comfort and warmth they give when you are outside, but being the old fashioned person that I am, I don’t think they are needed to give comfort and warmth when indoors.
I’m sure Marlborough House and the other royal palaces are well heated in winter.
There are 1001 stylish, smart, fashionable, comfortable shoes that Camilla could choose from when she is participating in functions indoors.

    3. As I've mentioned before, I think the boots give her ankles and knees support on days when she needs it. Sort of like wearing a cast. Or perhaps the boots just keep her legs warm.

  4. The satin piece, Imo adds interest to the overall look, otherwise rather bland. The skirt of the dress has movement which looks good,

  5. I don't like the green dress. It is the same bottle green like the ensemble she wore two days ago. This color does not suit Queen Camilla, a lighter and brighter green would be much better with the color of her hair. The cut of the dress is not very flattering either. Why can't she tell her designer that it is time to change her dress style ? Each time I see her in a dress or coat dress I see one uses too big shoulder pads. It gives the impression that she forgot to take the hanger away. And then those boots make it look even worse. I can understand when she has to go outside and have to stand somewhere in the cold, she needs those boots to stay warm, but inside ? Did she came on foot to Marlborough house ? I don't think so. During the time that she steps out of a car and going inside, she cannot get cold. So no need at all to wear boots.

    1. I’ve been told that Camilla has created a refuge in London for lost and/or abandoned boots.
So it explains why she is wearing them indoors and outdoors.
It’s not always the same boots. 😁

  6. Green is definitely the Queen's colour. She looks lovely. I wish we had a better close up her brooch.
