On November 25, 2023, Princess Benedikte of Denmark visited the 2023 Christmas Bazaar of Swedish Gustaf's Church (Gustafskyrkan) in Copenhagen. The Christmas Bazaar in Gustafskyrkan was established in 1912, and is Denmark's oldest. Its opening always takes place traditionally at the last weekend before Advent.
For many years, Queen Ingrid had visited the annual Christmas bazaar, and the tradition has been continued by Princess Benedikte since then. Christmas stalls display everything from Swedish plush cats and Christmas ham to elves, advent calendars and crafts.
Quel plaisir de voir la princesse Benedikte toujours aussi pimpante. Elégant manteau sur un haut de la même couleur vert foncé mais bof, bof pour son sac à mains !
ReplyDeleteShe looks very happy - I would have loved her to turn up in National costume too!
ReplyDeleteLove this elegant green coat. I love her shoes and tights also. The color of these tights is just fine. So much better during Autumn and Winter season than the nude tights.
ReplyDeleteThis sage green is just super on HRH; elegant, understated, and beautifully tailored.
ReplyDeletePS: I do admire her beautiful, slim ankles...
Absolutely agree. She is always so well groomed and elegant
DeleteElegant as always--love she chose a Christmas green coat to visit the bazaar. Now she has new little grandson to buy Christmas things for so maybe this year's visit was even more special for PB than usual.

She's always perfectly tailored and nicely made up.

This green ensemble looks lovely, the coat is well fitted. She always looks so elegant and well groomed.
ReplyDeleteAlways spot on. She must have lots of fun there. Maybe she'll find a special something for her little grandson. css
ReplyDeleteLots of quotes out there relating to simplicity and elegance.
ReplyDeleteFor example “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” – Leonardo da Vinci
and Coco Chanel “Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance.”

DeleteI gladly join your words though I myself am not always keen on semplicity in my sartorial choices.
You know, maybe it's due to my job, I mean I wear my uniform when on duty so I set free in my spare time.
I'm currently mad about simple framed bags like the one shown by Pss Benedikte.
I love some iconic pieces like the 'Lambeth' design in Victoria Hyde's collections(quite affordable), for example.
By the way, I want to make the most of my day off so I think I'm gonna buy something on this Cyber Monday (via websites) and looking for deals...
👋
Dear P. the original.
DeleteThanks for the info on Victoria Hyde.
A description of her work found on the net…….
“A British fashion brand for young and old. VH London will enchant you with elegant, beautiful and innovative pieces of jewelry, watches, accessories and above all handbags”.
It goes on to say ….. “Start a new lifestyle full of fun and appreciation of her beautiful products”.
Dear@ Deadeggs,my pleasure!
DeleteYes, I entirely agree on what you wrote.
I highly recommend these fabulous products.
Great quality.
Everthing says London, every design is a tribute to London landmarks and districts.
I'd say it's a British excellence.
I'm a fan of VH' s watches as well ( posh but totally affordable).
Always classy and put together, this shade of green is divine. Louise
ReplyDeleteLovely as usual.
