Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a meeting with Denmark's climate ambassador Tomas Anker Christensen at Amalienborg Palace. Tomas Anker Christensen gave information on Denmark's climate efforts ahead of the upcoming UN climate summit COP28 that will take place in December in Dubai.
The UN's COP climate summits have - with a few exceptions - been held every year since the first UN climate agreement in 1992. This year, Crown Prince Frederik will attend the summit together with the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
The Fold Harrow Silk Blouse in Blush Pink
Très élégant ce chemisier rose en soie qui se combine à merveille avec ce pantalon noir ceinturé ; c'est le jour et la nuit avec le look de Frederik particulièrement avec ses drôles de chaussures ?!
ReplyDeleteLovely outfit on Mary. Her blouse is a gorgeous color..
ReplyDeleteAgree. beautiful colour and a smart outfit overall.
DeleteWhat a lovely blouse for this lovely and feminine lady!
ReplyDeleteMary and Frederik looks so happy!
ReplyDeleteI can’t really see that. She looks tired and disappointed in my opinion.
DeleteBut this blouse is just gorgeous on her, she is a very lovely lady.
Missy
You'd think so...they look frosty and tense.
DeleteThe secret to a good marriage..don't fool around.
Both are dressed nicely and in the pink blouse Mary looks like a danish rose. Mr. Fred looks bewildered. Maybe buy some flowers and make it up. You have a beautiful family together!
-Anna-
Anna, I suspect it’s situational : they’re speaking about climate change which is serious - and a photo is but a moment in time so it’s hard to draw those conclusions from a few snaps.
DeleteWell, they don’t look particularly happy. Mary looks dutiful but sad and Fred looks like he wishes he were somewhere else. But as has been pointed out it’s hard to discern a mood from a few photos. Wishing them well!
DeleteAnna said “the secret to a good marriage, “don't fool around”.
DeleteMy advice is “if you’re going to fool around, at least be discreet”.
And Anna also said “buy some flowers and make it up”
WHAT, Just a bunch of flowers?
I’d be demanding a new, eye-popping tiara dripping with diamonds and rubies from Garrard & Co, London with necklace and bracelet(s) to match .
And before I completed my “make-it-up” list, I’d be putting in a call to Zsa Zsa Gabor’s advisors** to confirm that I hadn’t forgotten anything.
I”ve always warned my hubby to think twice before he embarks on a little adventure as I don’t come cheap.😁
** Dear Zsa Zsa died in 2016 but she taught us a lot on how to deal with infidelity.
Well, I think that @anon 16:21 ment it to be sarcastic. I've noticed that recently there are many nasty and spiteful short comments in this blog. It's very sad and spoils the enjoy to read different fashion comments. After all this is fashion blog, isn't it?
DeleteMissy and Anna stop think on your own. We do not know anything, and should stop beliving we do. Nov 8 https://imgix.billedbladet.dk/2023-11-08/_jsu9568-1.jpg?auto=format,compress&fit=crop&ar=394:221&crop=faces,entropy&w=1020
Delete@ Just Me an Anon 24/11. I do not like these speculations either. And really it is not of our business. Time will learn us the truth. For the moment there are other more important issues that are going on in the world. And yes this is a fashion blog after all.
DeleteDear Anon 12:17 That’s just one beautiful photo of the royal couple.
DeleteThanks for the link.
@Anonymous starring as Anna at 18:47
DeleteSo you think that a woman should be content with a bunch of flowers from a cheating husband?
This woman must have a very low or even non- existing self- esteem if she can settle everthing so easily.
Anyway, personally I do not think this is the current case .
Rumours or some stolen pics delivered on the gutter press do not prove anything.
Dear P. the original.
DeleteOne of the biddies in my street said “look love, it’s just a storm in a teacup".
NOTE; I didn’t use the word “old”😁
Dear @Deadeggs,
DeleteI had kinda of a flash crossing my mind for a moment so I rephrased your sentence as follows:
" Look love, it' s just a storm in a bottle of wine/ spirits.
I'll have another glass, write my senseless comments and gonna love you to the end of times ".
BUT the woman wording it out in my mind is quite OLD and hopeless and undoubtedly a biddie😉👍😁
" Old" is becoming useless when it's annoying.
DeleteYou know, P. the original, you’re spot on with your analysis and the rephrasing of the comment. 😁😁😁
Delete@ Deadeggs 👍😁😁😎👋
DeleteJust lovely blouse
ReplyDeleteWhy is Fred wearing what appear to be jeans and old shoddy shoes?
ReplyDeleteI didn’t notice his shoes at first, but now this is all I can see. Horrible. And Mary is so elegant…
DeleteFirstly because they’re “at home” and such photos do tend to show both of them less formally dressed there. Second it’s Denmark where neat jeans and shoes with a suit jacket is very appropriate businesswear. Third the shoes look expensive and possibly bespoke, an interesting material (velvet? super suede?) and he probably really likes wearing them! - AnneLise
DeleteThey're working at home and have the right to dress down a bit.
DeleteThe blouse is so pretty. It's a great design especially the neckline and the blush pink colour is so lovely. It looks great with the black pants. Less is more.
ReplyDeletePrincess Mary has perfect taste - and always dresses exactly appropriately for each occasion.
ReplyDeleteAgree 100% - but Prince Frederik, well let's leave that to another story, another day.
DeleteShe has this blouse in white as well. It is a beautiful blouse. Love the neckline.
ReplyDeleteCPM looks elegant, great blouse, but personally I don’t like a soft rose and black combination. It kills the color.
ReplyDeleteWhat would you prefer?
DeleteMary looks great. The blouse is such lovely color. css
ReplyDeleteSoft colour, lovely on Mary. She is pure class and elegance.
ReplyDeleteJen
Mary looks beautiful, elegant and stylish.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blouse in a very flattering shade of pink on Mary--she looks smart, sophisticated, and professional as well as very pretty.
