On October 17, 2023, Crown Princess Victoria attended a UNDP seminar held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. At the seminar, Crown Princess Victoria was appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). UNDP works in about 170 countries for the purpose of helping annihilation of poverty and alleviation of inequalities and ostracization.
The Crown Princess' commitment to environmental and climate-related issues led to UN’s then Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon appointing her as one of 17 Advocates during 2016-2019 for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
The United Nations Development Programme, along with other UN agencies, has for a long time enlisted the voluntary services and support of prominent figures who serve as Goodwill Ambassadors and Advocates for the purpose of shining a spotlight on important issues affecting the planet and its people.
Very nice jacket, so many royal ladies go for them.
ReplyDeleteCP Victoria looks splendid in this outfit, though I am not a fan of orange, its a fall colour, and looks nice on her. Edwina
ReplyDeleteCP Victoria looks so fresh in this orange blazer by Zara. It is a lovely color for her with her dark hair and eyes. Orange was fashion last Summer and it continues to be fashionable during Autumn and Winter. The same for off-white, I never saw so many colors during Autumn and Winter. It is probably a consequence of the high prices we have to pay to buy food, clothes, etc... A good idea of the fashion industry to continue during the dark season with the same colors we have worn during the Spring and Summer. Rose
ReplyDeleteI fully agree.
DeleteThe jacket looks lovely, great fit, the black ensemble works in well. She looks professional and stylish.
ReplyDeleteNice!
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic look for Victoria. css
