Harris Wharf London Single Breasted Merino Wool Blazer in Brown
Very dull outfit and hairstyle. Two dark colours in combination is just very dull. At least the pin adds some interest.
ReplyDeleteHa! I was just thinking the opposite - how sophisticated the darker outfit is, and I love that by not standing out, she becomes just one of the group of ladies, which I suspect was her goal here. Impeccable, but simple. - AnneLise
DeleteI should clarify, that there is nothing wrong with being dull. I agree sometimes you just want to blend in with the crowd and not always be the center of attention. I know myself I don't always want a "dressed up" look but prefer something less than stylish and there is nothing wrong with that.
DeleteSmart & business like outfit but a bit ‘schoolmarmy’. (I’m a teacher myself 😀) The plain red and blue dresses, 2nd and 4th left, are also smart but less severe
ReplyDeleteLovely jacket of course
AnnieM
She looks very business like and stylish.
ReplyDeleteA very dull and homely look for Mary. She usually looks best in dark colors but this look is too severe.
ReplyDeleteI just love my favorite Royal Crown Princess Mary. However she looks rather plain and not to much to comment on. She blends in with everyone else and does not make a statement like a Crown Princess should. I cannot wait until she arrives in North Carolina USA which is my home state where I live. It would be a chance of a lifetime to meet her although I know that will not happen. Mary is the epitome of a Crown Princes and she performs her duties with such grace elegance and ease!
ReplyDeleteUsually not fan of brown clothes but this one looks good on Mary and well styled. Good fit, effortless and timeless. Hair up in a ponytail was a nice change.

I dont think it’s dull at all;
ReplyDeleteit’s just simple & elegant, typical Mary’s style 👍
So good can “ simple” be!
ReplyDeleteJust very good,
Mabel
Trop sombres ces couleurs mais le blazer au simple boutonnage aurait mieux convenu en Bordeaux pour cette période automnale ; j'adore la couleur de ses lunettes !
ReplyDeletePrincess Mary is not in America to participate in a fashion competition or to promote the excellent Danish fashion industry.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a working expedition to participate and support needed causes.
IMO she has well chosen her outfits.
It's a FASHION BLOG, so it's about fashion. Is there still freedom of speech? If so, I dare say - about the fashion: Mary's outfit is too dark, that's why I don't like it. But she has nice glasses.

I do not like the combination of black and brown, at least when it is dark brown. Otherwise CP Mary looks very good in this well tailored blazer.
ReplyDeleteNot a good look with the hairstyle and huge glasses.
ReplyDeleteM
I don't like her glasses. They are in my view too big and are placed too low.
ReplyDeleteI like Mary with glasses. A simple but nice outfit. css
ReplyDeleteSimple, basic princess business look--Mary looks great. Very sophisticated and serious--perfect for her mission at the UN.
