Official photos of King Carl Gustaf’s Golden Jubilee have been released. The photographs were taken ahead of the Gala Dinner for King Carl Gustaf’s 50th enthronement anniversary at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The first photograph shows King Carl XVI Gustaf, Danish Queen Margerthe, Norway's King Harald, Iceland's President Gudni Johannesson and Finland's President Sauli Niinisto.
The second photograph shows the Nordic heads of state with their spouses. The photos were taken by photographer Ingemar Lindewall.
The last photo shows King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden, Queen Margrethe, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, King Harald, Queen Sonja and Crown Prince Haakon of Norway and the Nordic heads of state and their spouses.
First Lady on Finland Jenni Haukio needs help with her hair;
ReplyDeleteit always looks like she is having a helmet on her head.

DeleteJe trouve que madame Jenni Haukio est une belle femme élégante dans sa robe vert bouteille en dentelle !
ReplyDeleteThe best dress in my opinion is Queen Margerite. She has a great eye for colour and detail. In the photo with just the men the dress blends with sashes and shirts. Then with the ladies in front she balances the rigid lines of mens suits. She stands out as a queen with Norwegian colours but doesn’t overpower the stars of the show. All the dresses are beautiful and well suited to each wearer. Queen Silvia looks tired but so regal.
ReplyDeleteLovely to see the Heads of State in one picture together. css
ReplyDeleteMrs. Jenni Haukio looks stunning, love her gown. Queen Margerite looks beautiful, her gown looks superb. I love the emerald and diamond jewels Queen Sonja wore but not her gown.
ReplyDeleteI love Margrethe's dress; and Queen Silvia's ;bright and cheery, also Queen Sonia the tiaras look good (Tara)
