On September 28, 2023, Dutch Queen Maxima opened the UNLimited Festival 2023 organized by the Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU) at the 1931 Congres Centrum in The Hague. During the plenary opening, Queen Maxima, as honorary president of The MIND Us Foundation, gave a speech.

The festival is being held for the first time this year on September 28 and 29. All fourteen Dutch universities are represented in the festival, which focuses, among other things, on student well-being, performance pressure, digitalization, research and innovation. More than 500 participants working for Dutch universities will exchange knowledge and experience during panel discussions and workshops.

      Queen Mathilde has the same jump suit in orange red. Also from Natan, who cannot do any good on these pages. Queen Mathilde is looking perfect when she is wearing hers. Queen Maxima is looking good too in her jumpsuit. Accessories are very well chosen. Rose

    I like this jumpsuit. I don’t really like them usually and stripping down to go to the loo! However, this is business like but can be accessorised with so many colours. It really suits her. Hair marginally better than yesterday. Km

      What is vulgar about this comment? It´s a perfectly reasonable thought. Garments are not only judged by attractiveness but also by appropriateness, suitability, practicality. Anyone who´s ever worn a jumpsuit knows what km is talking about and will likely agree.

      KM - I suggest that you look into jumpsuits by the brand Cuyana. Not only is their fashion sustainable, but the jumpsuits I have purchased from there have a little cape-style cut-out in the back, which, added to the fact that the material is very stretchy, means that you can easily maneuver the bottom section in order to attend to anything you need to do without removing the entire garment! For this reason, they are the only jumpsuits I can own. No others are even remotely functional enough for me.

    Alors là, Maxima est magnifique dans cette combinaison cache-coeur mais bof, le rouge de ses boucles d'oreilles, pochette et chaussures ; j'aurais peut-être choisi une couleur comme du jaune ou même camel !

    Quite nice indeed, though I would always withhold my judgement until I see the jumpsuit from behind (as they tend to sag). The colours are fantastic in any case, and it is for sure one of the best takes on a jumpsuit I have seen.

    This silhouette shows how athletic and fit Maxima is - whereas so often the Nathan designs are chunky and don’t flatter women much at all (I don’t understand the designs or why the designer is so commonly used by the NL/BE queens?). The navy on her is superb. I love Maxima’s bold style, but when I see her dressed simply, she’s absolutely stunning. - AnneLise

    Really think this fits her amazingly well. She can go crazy sometimes which fits her personality and I love that she has the guts to do it. However this is by far one of her best choices

      Knowing Maxima, those earrings could be old Christmas tree decorations.
      Princess Laurentien, her sister in law, uses her Christmas tree decorations as earrings with her unconventional outfits.
