On September 1, 2023, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene attended the launch and opening broadcast of TVMonaco. The Monegasque general entertainment TV channel will broadcast a wide range of programmes, including news, talk shows, documentaries and sports events with the objective to showcase and promote Monégasque culture.
Initially named Monte-Carlo Riviera TV, the state-owned TV channel was originally planned to be launched in late 2022, however, it was delayed to the third quarter of 2023. The channel was renamed as TVMonaco and officially launched on September 1, 2023.

I like this outfit. The pants are great and fall softly down her legs. I can't quite make out if they are sewn pleats or pressed. Whatever, it looks good.

Absolutely agree. A simple and classy outfit. Princess Charlene looks great..
DeleteHSH P. Charlene looks beautiful. Not everyone can pull off the fuller trousers that are in style right now, but she can - these look great on her. And, I very much like the blouse she’s wearing with them. It has just enough softness about it to be flattering, but not too much fullness, and I like how the pleats at the shoulders echo the pleats on the front of the trousers.

Great, simple, and polished look for Charlene. She looks lovely.

Je remarque que Charlène a adouci à son avantage la teinte de ses cheveux ; elle est vraiment superbe sur la dernière photo vêtue de noir et blanc !
ReplyDeleteAgree about the lighter hair colour.
DeleteThat's looking good on her.
ReplyDeleteCharlene looks very attractive in her almost trademark simplicity. New to me, that gentlemen seem to follow the trend to longer pants, building somewhat sad looking folds on their shoes. King Felipe is a notable exception, pure joy to look at his flawlessly accurate trousers. All the other gentlemen do not seem to adjust their trousers to their height which is diminishing with age. (Not to forget Fred, whose trousers are in most cases a bit short and the jackets a bit tight). I stop here my OT, sorry. (GM)
ReplyDeleteJ aime beaucoup cette tenue, sobriété et élégance, ces 2 qualités la caractérisent.

Very classy.
ReplyDeletePoor Charlene, so sorry for her...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as ever. Elegant as ever. css
ReplyDeleteDid Monaco not have a TV station? I´m super surprised by this. And by the fact that they open one now (as the TV era is largely over).
ReplyDeleteThere is a French national T.V. station known as Television Monte- Carlo (TMC).
DeleteIt is a big national station that is just like the other big national stations in France. It has been around for a long time.
I can only think that the new ‘TVMonaco’ is a small, local station devoted to the life and activities around the Principality.
Maybe another blogger could help with the answer to your question.
Thanks, deadeggs, very interesting. I assumed that French, and Italian, TV is readily available in Monaco and in fact enough to cover all TV needs, but I thought that (as a matter of national pride for a small country) they would have the means to broadcast something themselves. Well now they do.
Deletei thought monacoinfo was always the main channel https://monacoinfo.com/
DeleteCharlene looks lovely
ReplyDeleteYes Charlene looks beautiful, outfit is quite attractive and fits her perfectly. Her hair color changes a bit too often IMV, probably not so good for her hair. I know there are quite good dying products, but that is even a recommendation of a hairdresser. The softer hair styling we saw recently was more flattering than this one in my view.
ReplyDeleteAlbert is very well dressed today in his dark suit. Instead of ( mostly) his boring grey trousers and dark blue blazer. He looks very well and it seems he lost some weight

ReplyDeleteWhen I see Princess Charlene's, outfit, I ask, could elegance be a synonym of simplicity?
I suspect that there is a more skilful placement of each piece to give an overall and apparent idea of simplicity than it could seem at first sight.
ReplyDeleteThere are clean lines, no bling, no embellishments and that's the winning secret of this outfit.
The Princess' statuesque figure is put centre stage.
I doubt a petite woman might pull off an ensemble like this.
The colour scheme is clever: a black- maybe a bit cropped- slightly fluid top and then the flouncing , wide , extra long cream pants.
I think that highlighting Charlene's long legs by adding more fabric at the bottom of the pants is a successful move.
Wearing more fitted pants would have shifted too much attention on her legs and almost none on the rest of this combo.
This Is a good way to balance it all out.
This extra length is stopped by the pointed- black pumps, great!
I would have preferred a platinum blonde hair shade on Charlene, honestly, but I quite like also this light brown tone as well.
Sorry , It was meant to be floating- like
ReplyDelete(not flouncing)
Charlene looks amazing in this less-is-more style. But I must say that Albert with his flux-de-bouche steals the show in the video
