On August 18, 2023, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended the official opening of Jetsmark School Centre in Pandrup. Pandrup is a town in North Jutland. The vision for Jetsmark School Centre is to strengthen the cohesion of the three nearby interwoven towns of Pandrup, Kaas and Moseby. Jetsmark is built as a three-track school, covering 0-9th grade and an integrated after-school programme.
RALPH LAUREN Belted Stripe Linen Blend Blazer and Wide Leg Pants
This is a rare miss for CP Mary. Ugly suit.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree. Looks like she has just got up in the morning and forgotten to change her pyjamas. Aren't there any stylist there to give her a price of advice if she lacks any taste of proper outfits for the occasion?
DeleteA fun casual suit for visiting a school even though it has a slight pajama vibe. Mary wears it better than the model.
ReplyDeleteMrs C
Oh No, this time I don't like it.
ReplyDeleteNice to see Mary back at work. I am sorry but this suit honestly, look like a Pyjama. Sorry her choice this time was not the best. I really don't think the children noticed, or cared, as long as they had the Royal visit. css
ReplyDeleteA rare miss for otherwise usually elegant Mary
ReplyDeleteExactly what I thought too…..Ac
DeleteI agree with you on this outfit. This is a miss.
DeleteNot very flattering imo. I like the pants it is the jacket that seems off, maybe because of the wide sleeve, perhaps if they were pushed up on her arms it would open up the look. But I do love the colour blue
ReplyDeleteSienna Miller wore this suit to Wimbledon this year. Both ladies look amazing in it and it is appropriate for this visit! Bravo 👏
ReplyDeleteThis is a miss for me Mary's,s outfit looks like pyjamas. Apart from that hair & makeup look nice. Mary
ReplyDeleteOh no no to this weird …pyjama !
ReplyDeleteSorry. Ralph Lauren this suit may be but it looks all the world like a pair of (old fashioned gents) pyjamas to me Generally like CP Mary's style but not this time
ReplyDeleteThat is my pyjama, lol
ReplyDeleteAva
This pantsuit is a rare miss for me. Only because it is giving me Pyjama vibes.
ReplyDeleteAwful
ReplyDeleteAwful
ReplyDeleteWell, just like everyone else: it definitely looks like PJ's, maybe with a solid while pants? But as it is...are miss for P Mary
ReplyDeleteLuna
Why is she wearing pajamas? At least the color is pretty.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...trousers are too wide and the jacket is too bulky. Mary looks great but even she cannot redeem this suit. Sadly, no-go, not even sure she can change it up enough in a re-wear to improve it. I'm really glad to see her back on the scene even in this outfit.
ReplyDeleteJanet
I agree
DeleteThe color is beautiful but the combo of the oversized design in wrinkled linen is a double fashion whammy!
ReplyDeleteWhere is Marys stylist?
ReplyDeleteI adore linen, it's my favorite material for hot summer, but in this case they did't make something original and beautiful out of it
ReplyDeleteI never thought that I would write this about CP Mary who is one of the most well dressed royalties in my opinion, but this is an awful look. Not only the pyjamas style Ralph Lauren(!!!) suite but the hair makeup lack of accessories makes this look one to forget about.
ReplyDeleteToo much of the pyjama cloth in the composition.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the top with white pants or vica-versa, white top and pants done with the pyjama cloth.
Princess Mary is not getting off to a good start with her back to work after the holidays.
But her overall scoreboard is heavily loaded on the positive side compared with some other royal ladies. No names mentioned, of course.
Terrible outfit. I do not understand someone like CP Mary who is always so elegant and dressed impeccable, maybe all the mirrors were taken away in the palace. Rose
ReplyDeleteI feel that she does not wear the suit but the suit wears her. Too much fabric! Fitzhugh
ReplyDeleteI think Mary looks lovely. Love this colour of blue. And maybe she looked at the suit and thought.. It looks like pajamas, but I am going to wear it anyway and own it. And she does. And who decided that only pajamas can have stripes....???

ReplyDeleteI love the generosity of your comment. She may … gasp … be wearing the suit because she wanted to! Not to impress the fashion commenters or the media … but because it feels great to her. Imagine that. Such joyful photos of her at the school and what a buzz for the kids and teachers to have this joyful blue stripey princess visiting! - AnneLise
DeleteNot suitable for her body type
ReplyDeleteUhm...
ReplyDeleteI have tried to google :Princess Mary of Denmark - pyjamas/ nighwear.
No match found.
I'm always a fan of long hair but I think Mary could do with a trim at this point. NOT a cut! Just a trim of about 3/4th to 1 inch.
ReplyDeleteEuropa
Założę się że kupi to CP Victoria. Okropność.
ReplyDeleteI join in on the chorus of those experiencing pyjama vibes from this look. So, a solid "no" from me.
ReplyDeleteC’est le lin qui donne cet air avachi ! Dommage
ReplyDeleteNot a fan...
