Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan attended the opening ceremony of the National Recovery Symposium, a three-day event organized by The PEMA Secretariat, aiming to help address the issues of substance use disorders. The first Symposium was held under the theme "Substance use disorder is preventable and treatable, and recovery is possible".

    Love seeing the quality and colour of the fabrics
    We seldom see the Queen in western clothing but to follow is a rare photo of the Queen wearing a gown by Victoria Beckham whilst in London this year.
