Ooops ... urgently replacement of floral curtains needed in the cosy summer chalet because had been removed.

Sofia is a beautiful lady, but I really don't like this dress. I am fond of flowers and maxi dresses, but something about this dress is not right. I think she can do so much better in choosing an outfit.
ReplyDeleteI’m with you on this. Nice idea in principle but not working out in practice.

Bel imprimé fleuri mais ce modèle n'est pas à l'avantage de Sofia, trop long à volants sans oublier les chaussures qui paraissent trop lourdes ; avec des sandales à petit talon à brides, son look aurait paru plus estival ?!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lovely summer nighty.
ReplyDeleteGreat summerlook! /Annson
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lovely summer nighty
ReplyDeleteI would have it too hot during the summer nights with such a long nighty and bulky long sleeves.
DeleteI don’t like this flower curtain kind of dress on her. It makes her bigger than she is.
ReplyDeleteI don't like her dress nor the shoes, but she looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteAgreed, it's all too big. And clunky. But she's still lovely.

Love the 70's vibe, suits her well!
ReplyDeleteSofia is very pretty but this dress looks like it’s eating her. And those platform shoes…no!
ReplyDeleteA nightdress is the first thing that flashed across my mind for a second when I saw this dress, but...if there's one person who can make a nightdress look like a lovely, light summery evening dress, and make herself look quite amazing wearing it, it's P. Sofia.

This dress is worse than the prairie dresses they used to wear in Sweden during the past summers. And I cannot say why. The type of shoes is coming back slowly but surely. I don't like them anymore although I had 2 pair of sandals like that. I cannot walk anymore on shoes like that anyway.
ReplyDeleteThe shoes…yikes! I was all set to like this outfit even, though the dress is a bit too long, until I saw the awful platform clodhoppers. They ruin the look for me. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteOh dear, it's the 1970's all over again. The big clunky shoes, the maxi-flowery flowing dresses. IMO, this is a no from too many aspects to mention.
DeleteShe looks like she's pregnant in that dress. Nobody sees that?

DeleteDès la première photo, cette pensée m'a effleurée l'esprit ; il nous reste qu'à attendre un peu pour avoir confirmation !..
Like the dress although it is too long--reminds me of a very popular line of dresses in the 70s (name escapes though). Hate the awful shoes! They make her feet look like cement blocks. I really wish she would try a side part or a half up/half down style.

She is a very pretty lady but what she offers here is as if she wanted to prove the opposite, with hairstyle, hair colour and this dress. The shoes seem to be a minor problem, considering everything else. Let's hope for a better outfit and a new hair stylist next time. (GM)
ReplyDeleteShe looks lovely, but their seems to be alo't of fabric. Something not quite right with this dress. The heavy floral pattern reminds me of a bedspread I had (saying this sincerely.)
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of this dress. However, I am a fan of this Princess.
ReplyDeleteNot a bad looking dress. But the shoes are way over the top, who can walk with these things on their feet? css
ReplyDeleteUgh, terrible dress and shoes.
ReplyDeleteSummerdress indeed, but why on earth those shoes......Ac
ReplyDeleteIt looks like she wrapped herself in a bedspread.
