On June 20, 2023, Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the Golden Nymph Awards ceremony held as part of the 62nd Monte-Carlo Television Festival. The award ceremony took place at Monte-Carlo Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
The winners, selected from 18 nominated programs from 13 countries, received awards in the Fiction and News and Documentaries categories, as well as the Prince Rainier III Special Prize, in the presence of Princess Charlene.
Louis Ducruet and Marie Ducruet were present at the closing ceremony. The Golden Nymph Awards are among the most prestigious prizes in the international television world.
Princess Charlene looks beautiful. The color of her gown suits her, and the necklace and earrings are fabulous. We don't often see her with so much bling.
ReplyDeleteYes I agree…it’s fun to see her in this very interesting and flattering statement jewelry. I wonder if it’s borrowed for the occasion? (V.M.)
DeleteSmashing!
ReplyDeleteThis is the best Charlene looked in a long time.
ReplyDeleteAgree
DeleteCharlène looks very beautiful in the 1st picture. This is how I like diamonds, put together in a modern piece of art. I like the set earrings and necklace. The navy dress is a good background for these wonderful pieces of jewelry.
ReplyDeleteJust awsome. PC and Akris in perfect harmony. Beautiful hair and make-up. Short hair, be it blond or dark, but with a little softer cut suits her pretty face so well. Stunning jewellery goes with the 'simplicity' of the gown (the design is, in fact, very intricate). Well done! Amy
ReplyDeleteAgree 100%! Fabulous look!
DeleteShe looks so pretty here!! I love that dress!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, very elegant. Charlène (almost) always wears beautiful, modern, feminine clothes. Irene
ReplyDeleteAfter the English bric brac and Belgian and Dutch exaggerated ostentation, here is refined simplicity. Perfect Charlène. Irene
ReplyDeleteIt is obvious that you do not like the British or Belgian/Dutch way of dressing, but it is also a question of different dress codes of the events. The Belgian/Dutch was a gala dinner (state visit) which means a white tie (frac) with sashes of different orders and tiaras for the ladies were obligatory. The British Order of the Garter event was of equal importance, but as it took place daytime (and not after 6 p.m.) men did not wear fracs and ladies not evening gowns. The Monaco event was a black tie event which means no sashes and no tiaras - and more simple dresses for the ladies. The dress code is written on the invitation card and it should be obeyed.
DeleteCharlene's dress is nice and it's very much appropriate for the event she attended, but it wouldn't be "enough" for the Belgian/Dutch gala.
Margot
Agree with Margot. Such a lame comment about the Belgian /Dutch state visit from Irene. Charlene wears awful clothes last months. Today she looks very good.
DeleteI did not mean to offend anyone. I meant that Charlène usually dresses with simple and refined elegance. I like Maxima's exuberance, the way she wears magnificent jewellery, but here Charlène is beautiful (and I remain of the opinion that English women dress poorly with a few exceptions for Sophie, the only nonchalant one). Moreover, such an outfit would have brought some topicality to a state dinner (IMO). (Sorry about my English) Irene
DeleteCompletely agree.(14:53)

Beautiful dress and perfect jewellery. This is a great look.
ReplyDeleteLadyofthemanor
Yep. That works.
DeleteI usually don't comment on her, for , unknown (unjustified, of course) reasons i don't particularly like her, so i know my comments are probably going to be biased, so abstain, but this time...
ReplyDeleteShe does look good, with a smile, almost as of she is enjoying her position. More of this please!
Luna
Thank you Luna for this comment - may they be always a lucky star with you! Siv
DeleteI agree with everyone - Charlene's look is faultless, and more importantly, she looks happy.
ReplyDeleteMarie's dress is exquisite and very flattering. I would kill for her cheekbones!
Charlene is perfection here. Individual and elegant. Thank you for the pictures.
ReplyDeleteHRH P Charlene looks beautiful in this dress. She often looks really well in Akris designs and this is no exception. The blue is especially pretty with her eyes, as it darkens them to the sapphire. The jewelry is a perfect accessory for this look. The gorgeous, elaborate design of the pieces makes me wonder if they’re Middle Eastern.
ReplyDeleteAnya
I believe the jewellery is from Cartier - I think that's what I saw on another site.
DeleteStunning look from Charlene! Love the dark blue gown paired with the beautiful diamond jewels. Her longer softer hairstyle is perfect. She really looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteJanet
La classe et l'élégance dans la simplicité.
ReplyDeleteElle ne porte pas souvent de bijoux.
Toutefois quand elle en porte les bijoux sont
toujours somptueux.
On another royal site where the commentators are hard and don’t pull any punches, Princess Charlene gets almost 100% rave reviews from just over 50 comments.
ReplyDeleteBravo Princess Charlene.
Charlène est sublimement belle époustouflante de beauté. De somptueux bijoux sans trop.
ReplyDeleteMerci pour ce diaporama

Utter elegance — and midnight blue is an ideal color with which to wear diamonds.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very understated, subtle gown, that works well for Pss Charlene. The diamond necklace and earrings are perfect. I think she wore a diamond bracelet, saw it elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteCharlene is a beautiful woman, a natural beauty. Pity whatever she has done, her face has changed and becomes a bit odd now, similarly to Teresa of Luxembourg.
ReplyDeleteFashion wise, very class as always!
Susie
For Princess Charlene, it's a good chance the change could be from much needed medications.
