On June 27, 2023, King Charles hosted recipients of The King's Award for Enterprise during a reception at Buckingham Palace in London. The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were also present at the reception.
During the reception, the King met a group of winners from across the United Kingdom, many of whom are leading and innovative personalities in their fields such as international trade and sustainable development.
This became the 57th year of the Awards and the first-year recipients received a King’s Awards for Enterprise, following the recent name change (formerly The Queen’s Award for Enterprise). Recipients of the Award are able to use The King’s Awards Emblem for the next 5 years on their products and to promote their services.
Sophie better and better style. Love this beautiful dress
ReplyDeleteBeulah Fashion House London was established in 2011 with a lineup of international clients and investors. . But unfortunately it went bust in 2020. It left a trail of devastation and unemployment for many UK fashion workers. Maybe someone has bought the name and what was left of the company and is giving it a re-birth.
DeleteLet’s hope that this is the situation.
I love this dress, so pretty and feminine. The pattern of the dress is very becoming. The subtle frill down the front of her bodice adding interest. I'm wondering what sort of shoes she is wearing. From what I can see the Duchess of Gloucester looks well groomed. I would have loved to see frontal view.
ReplyDeleteNearly the best of all polkadot dresses we have seen of lately.
ReplyDeleteVery flattering for Sophie.
( sorry, but the King needs a haircut),

I agree, the nape of his neck needs to be shortened and so are his eyebrows. MJT
DeleteLove this look on Sophie. She really as had some spectacular looks of late. What a sophisticated way to wear polka dots.

The pattern of the Duchess of Edinburgh’s dress is nice and the dress suits her but but it’s another in the high necked, long sleeved, long length style, which makes the wearer look as if they’ve stepped from a Victorian picture.
ReplyDeleteLovely Sophie in her very pretty polka dot dress--love the floral design that is part of the material. The Duchess of Gloucester is also wearing a polka dot dress--can only see if from the back sadly.
