On the second day of her visit to Vietnam, Queen Mathilde visited Ham Rong Preschool in Lao Cai. Lao Cai is a city in the Northwest region of Vietnam. The Queen visited Ham Rong Preschool. In the Ham Rong preschool, the Queen talked to teachers and pupils about the use of Augmented Virtual Reality in their class. In her capacity as Honorary President of UNICEF Belgium, the Queen is making a 3-day working visit to Vietnam at invitation of UNICEF.
Love the color and pattern of Mathilde's skirt. She is such a warm and lovely person.
ReplyDeleteChemisier blanc rafraîchissant qui se combine fort bien avec une jupe au bel imprimé ; j'adore ses boucles d'oreilles !
ReplyDeleteThe solid blouse, floral skirt, belt and comfortable-looking shoes all work for me. So much better than the head-to-toe florals the Queen seems fond of. It is even appropriate and flattering to the Queen's silhouette. The handbag is a little-much, but I guess it suits the country she is visiting.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the handbag is from a Vietnamese village. It is typical of the work done by the village women who do outstanding weaving.
DeleteI have a similar one and the cord used for weaving is recycled plastic bottles. The workmanship is outstanding/impressive and it gets a lot of nice remarks when I go shopping.
Opps, fashion. From head to toe Queen Mathilde looks smashing.
Hope we’ll get to see more photos of her visit.
The handbag is from the French brand "A point Etc".
DeleteThis outfit is perfect for the occasion, the Queen looks fabulous. I particularly love the skirt.
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit for a school visit! Love the floral skirt paired with the white top--and the belt is perfect. Mathilde looks marvelous!

The Queen has a great outfit put together!! I love the skirt, the earrings match well with it.
ReplyDeleteThe Queen's outfit is perfect for this occasion. The heat must be intense, based on the look of her face. It has been overly hot in that region of the world.
ReplyDeleteVery lovely floral skirt. I'm glad that she teamed her green skirt with white blouse (had she choosen floral blouse, t would have been too much). Tucking blouse into skirt and teaming with the belt gave her very nice and flattering silhouette. Casual but professional and elegant look.

Perfection -
ReplyDeletewhat is the fabric of this skirt?

Perfecta!! falda larga, pendientes largos, blusa holgada, cinturon y bolso a juego....un pequeño detalle, a mi parecer, hubieran ido mejor unas alpargatas.
ReplyDeleteThe shoes are her Chloé ballerina's.
DeleteSince some of the bloggers are wondering things about Queen Mathilde's outfit :
ReplyDelete1. The skirt and the white blouse is by the French brand "b a sh" a brand CP Elisabeth likes too
2. The bag and the belt are by the French brand "A point Etc".
3. The earrings are by Sézane
4. The ballerina's by Chloé
Thanks for the info. Interesting.
DeleteGreat look for the Q today. css
