On April 26, 2023, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Crown Princess Victoria attended the official opening of Norvik Port (Stockholm Norvik Hamn) in Nynashamn. Sweden's newest major freight port, Stockholm Norvik, opened for business in 2020. Stockholm Norvik Port is a brand new RoRo and container port with the best possible location in the Baltic Sea.

ReplyDeleteThe short coat has more of a 'robe' look on Victoria than it does on the model.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I like the rose trouser suit, and it fits Victoria well. I'm guessing that the trousers are deliberately that shorter length? The high heeled boots compensate for that length.

DeleteWhen I saw the first photo, before I clicked to open the full post, I thought she was wearing pyjamas and dressing gown. Not a good look on a number of levels. The colour of the trouser suit is about the only positive I can find.

ReplyDeleteHere we go again--bad mix of shoes and trousers. I realize her event today required her to be out in the cold or chilly weather along with touring a port facility but she should be able to see how off these trousers and boots are--its like, "Look in the mirror!!!" I am also not a fan of the short coat she chose--the color of the coat and her suit clash. The coat itself is fine, just not with this outfit. I do like the trouser suit--thinking we will see more of it in the coming months, hopefully with sandals and pumps. Will be interesting to see what Victoria chooses for the coronation.

ReplyDeleteShe is so beautiful and has a nice figure, the only problem is that we only get to enjoy her at her best like once or twice a year, and that's a petty.

Victoria is a beautiful women and hardworking royal. But it seems she has a working uniform. Pants, too short, jacket, ankle boots en shoulder handbag, and every year she gets it in every colour. And that's it... Well, for the working season.

DeleteBut fashion aside, they are both hard working royals which is perhaps the most important point. Their country can be proud of them.
This coat is completely wrong to this pant suit. Don't like anything here. Don't like the jacket, and the pants? Please can't designers stop making unflattering cloths, and hate the blouse with a passion ;)
ReplyDeleteNot fond of the color of this suit, though it looks good on CP Victoria, and thankfully the pants are long enough to cover the top of the boots she is wearing, though black ones might have been a better choice.
