On the last day of their official visit to New Zealand, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited Hamilton. Hamilton is a city in the Waikato region of New Zealand’s North Island. The Crown Princess and the Prince first visited the recycling factory Saveboard, which converts packaging waste into environmentally sustainable construction boards.
Afterwards, the Crown Princess and the Prince visited the Te Parapara Maori Garden, where they met with Hamilton's Mayor Paula Southgate. The garden showcases traditional practices, materials and ceremonies related to food production and storage, drawn from the knowledge of local Maaori which has been passed down through the centuries.
Thereafter, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited a local dairy farm. At the farm, they received information about how Swedish innovations and solutions contribute to sustainable food systems and reduce emissions in New Zealand's agricultural sector.
ReplyDeleteNow this is an excellent green dress - an attractive print, a good style…so much better than the one she wore in Australia. I really like the accessories too. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteAgree although I still think the neckline could be improved on but it's a very small complaint. CP Victoria looks lovely.
DeleteCP Victoria's dress is attractive and I agree with Tulipe33 that the thin belt enhances it. Her earrings are fine though a little too long, in my opinion, but the necklace gets lost in the print of the dress. Mayor Southgate looks most elegant in her floral print dress and coordinating hat and shoes.
ReplyDeleteMeh! Green color is nice but I don’t like the neckline and the uneven hem. A more scooped neck line as on the beautiful rose dress worn by the lady in the eighth picture. Her dress is really beautiful.

She looks great! I love the colour, style and print of other dress! Her jewelry and sandals are nice too!

This green dress fits Victoria well and I really like her purse, however, I’m hoping her stylists move beyond the florals and bun this year!
ReplyDeleteI have never liked this dress but Victoria seems to be really fond of it as we´ve seen her wear it so many times. For me, the neckline is too high, the material looks like polyester, and the uneven hem doesn´t help. I also think the dress would look much better with shorter sleeves. As for the styling: I think the shoes are a more successful choice than the various pumps she´s worn with this dress before, but I don´t think that necklace or belt were particularly well chosen. I would have gone for a cream belt that matches shoes and for a handbag in the same colour. The earrings are fine. The necklace is superfluous.
ReplyDeletePS. It´s a bit weird to see super close-ups of someone´s feet like that.
PPS. Daniel looks good with those sunglasses.
This is a lovely green dress, the pattern is not overwhelming, the color is pretty. The belt adds definition and seals the deal with the overall look of this dress. She looks very elegant. I love the shoes, divine. The handbag is a perfect choice. This was a good visit, lots of smiles and laughter.
ReplyDeleteCrown Princess Victoria is lovely in that wonderful printed frock. Everything is nicely coordinated.
