On January 7, 2023, Japan's Princess Kako attended the memorial service for commemorating the 34th anniversary of the death of Emperor Showa (original name Michinomiya Hirohito) took place at Musashi Imperial Graveyard in Hachioji. Imperor Showa (1901 – 1989), was the 124th emperor of Japan, ruling from 1926 until his death in 1989. Upon his death in 1989, Hirohito was succeeded as emperor by Akihito.
She looks dignified, and so elegant.

ReplyDeleteThis is what royalty is all about. The dignity of the crown. What many here may describe as boring, conventional, uninspiring, in fact is the only way to survival, and I think the Japanese Imperial Family is fully aware of the danger of deviations
