On 28 January 2023, Princess Delphine of Belgium and her husband Jim O Hare attended the first edition of the Kastaars, Flemish media awards ceremony in Puurs. Media companies and broadcasters VRT, DPG Media and SBS and streaming platform Streamz jointly created and organized the new media awards.
At the ceremony, television programs, the best podcasts, online video series and radio programs of 2022 were awarded. The outfit of the Princess was designed by Ebru Sari, who founded her own haute couture store six years ago: Atelier ExC.

Wow, she looks great here..I love the dress. It is very colorful and represents her love for art. Her husband looks very good too.
ReplyDeleteThat's not her husband/partner. I guarantee he doesn't play for her team.
DeleteThe man in the photos is not her husband.
DeleteYou can see a photo of her hubby if you visit .........

I agree with you! She looks very stylish, sassy even. And although she uses the same "love" logo all the times, it still looks fresh every time. Her husband is the man on the right in the last picture.
DeleteThat man is Sander Bos: a professional dancer and her partner from when she participated in "Dancing With the Stars" in Belgium about a year ago.
DeleteHer husband Jim O'Hare is the one taking their picture with his smartphone in photo nr 2, and is also in the background in photo nr 5
DeleteShe comes across more of a Celeb than a PSs. Some of her dresses or gowns are nice, others not so much. css
ReplyDeleteShe wants to be a princess, but it's simply not working. Perhaps a stint at "princess school" would be beneficial. |Melanie|
Delete@Melanie : Thanks, you put the first smile on my face for the day when I read your comment. "princess school" ....... love it 😁
DeleteFabulous dress!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a super interesting outfit. This ensemble suits the Princess. Quite dramatic and flamboyant. The pants are a clever addition.
ReplyDeleteYes interesting outfit, but not fabulous, yes rather dramatic ... I don't think her ambition is to be a "traditional" princess.
DeleteI like it! Good for her.

I love her dress; it's got a bit of Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dream coat about it. Princess Delphine looks sassy; not boring and frumpy. Not sure what shoes she has on.(Tabby)
ReplyDelete@Tabby Re: the shoes : I’d take a bet that the Princess is wearing those platform, 1960’s, Abba style beetle crushers. From what photos I’ve seen of her she seems to be always wearing the same style of shoe.
DeleteArt is not an excuse for lack of taste. The gown itself could be quite nice, but not with her "wearable art" design for the fabric. (-Ann.)
ReplyDeleteWaiting to read your comment chère @Tulipe33
ReplyDeleteFabulous outfit. Love everything about it, swinging coat dress, slim pants under, colour and even the artsy fabric. Ladyofthemanor
ReplyDeleteMême si je reconnais que cette robe n'est pas du tout à mon goût, son style lui convient à merveille !
ReplyDeleteYes an "arty" gown for an "arty" Princess.
DeleteOne could say, it's the cloak that fits the monk
Not a great deal of information to be found on the designer of the robe (Ebru Sari).
ReplyDeleteApparently she comes from a ‘fashion’ family. Her mother is a couture designer. Her father and brother are men’s suit salesmen. Her grandfather sells fabrics and her aunt is a seamstress. She says that being born into an atmosphere like that, she had no choice but to enter into the “rag trade”. She decided to become a fashion designer and wardrobe stylist.
As stated above, she opened her haute couture boutique six years ago in Belgium.
Some information on her boutique can be found on …………

Well it’s not boring! It seems to me that the Belgian royals embrace interesting and modern designers. P. Delphine looks very confident and comfortable here. (V.M.)
