On January 18, 2023, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain attended the inauguration of the 43rd edition of the International Tourism Fair FITUR 2023, which takes place from January 18 to 22, 2023 at Feria de Madrid. King Felipe and Queen Letizia opened the Fair, which is the first annual event for world tourism professionals and the leading fair for incoming and outgoing tourism markets in Latin America. This year, the Republic of Guatemala will be the partner country of Spain.
Sandro Poplin Collar Sweater
Hugo Boss Tapia Trousers
Probably nice, but however not my favorite
ReplyDeletejust what I feel but you said it better than I could.
DeleteI have to agree, a rare miss. Maybe it's just the styling. Not a fan of the lace collar sweater and clunky boots with ankle pants. Perhaps a different shoe would have made a difference? IDK Everything just looks off here.

Love this outfit. A pity the boots do not go very well with the trousers. Prefer it with stiletto's, or these boots with longer trousers.
ReplyDeleteInteresting lace collar but it feels a bite strange that it ends with a deep v-neck. The pants are great if worn with flats or high heals but not with boots. Ladyofthemanor
ReplyDeleteA rare miss for Letizia imo
ReplyDeleteThought it was a great look until I saw the boots. Pairing a very feminine, lace-collared sweater with masculine, ankle boots is really jarring. For once, the pants and shoes look better on the model than on QL. DIQ
ReplyDeleteNot a bad outfit, but a bit casual maybe.
ReplyDeleteAnd I must say that everyone in that group photo is dressed really well (and looking more formal than the queen).
Tenue qui lui va très bien mais ce serait parfait avec des bottines ou des chaussures à talons fins à condition toutefois de rallonger son pantalon pour équilibrer son look !
ReplyDeleteThe various parts are okay, but don't mix well. Just different shoes would be better.
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit but not with the boots. Such a pity that she did not wear high heels.
ReplyDeleteShe suffers a disease in her feet, better don't.
DeleteWhat a gorgeous profile image of Queen Letizia. I very much like her outfit even with the boots. She doesn't often wear boots, but I imagine they are more comfortable than high heels. King Felipe is as handsome as ever.
ReplyDeleteLa gente escribe sin tener ni idea. ¿Stilettos? NO.
ReplyDeleteas always you know best
DeleteThere are many other styles of shoes except boots and stilettos.
DeleteMaybe her feet hurt? It would be like torture to wear those stilettos so much.
ReplyDeleteWhat is this?

A me non dispiace, sarà che adoro il nero. Lo stivaletto con tacco basso rende "leggero" l'outfit un po' gotico, sullo stile della serie "Mercoledì".

I love this outfit. The only quibble for me is the length of the pants and the boots, not a fan of this look. I think the Queen has her crawler diamond earrings? if so love them.
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit but the boots...are a total miss with the pants. Hope the next time we see Letizia wear this outfit she will choose either pumps or flats, anything other than the boots. I have read Letizia is suffering from some sort of foot problems so I feel sure she has some lovely flats that would be perfect for this outfit.

The queen looks great - she is a classic beauty.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of the sweater, a modern version of the 1600 Dutch ruffs, but together with the rest of the outfit is a mis for me.
ReplyDeleteLuna
Love the pants but everything else is a miss.
ReplyDeleteThis outfit would look great on one of her daughters but it just looks kind of silly on a Queen.
ReplyDeletea rare miss, she needs to cut her hair
ReplyDeleteLove it all except for the boots, her usual lovely stilettos would have been stunning with that outfit.
ReplyDeleteThe queen looks great - she is a classic beauty.
ReplyDeleteThe 1800' called and wanted their collar back, not a fan as you understand.
ReplyDeleteNo, to the entire outfit. Shorter sleeves, low cut v-neck, high cut pants and the ugly boots.
ReplyDeleteEverything is off. The white collar looks too prim and proper. The trousers don’t go with the top. The boots don’t go with the trousers. A big NO for me.
ReplyDeleteI believe this outfit would have looked better on one of her daughters.. css
ReplyDeleteBeautiful outfit , all goes well together.
ReplyDeleteAva
miss matched pieces; It's called, planning ahead.
ReplyDeleteNot much fan of this outfit. I think the collar would have matched better with a long skirt and other kind of shoes.
