CP Victoria looks wonderful in this deep purple velvet gown. I love the addition of her necklace, the sapphire stone is gorgeous. From what I can see of Queen Silvia her gown looks beautiful. Love the gorgeous double strand pearl necklace and pearl earrings, beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI quite like this hair for Victoria...and the gown looks beautiful as well
ReplyDeleteCan't comment on Silvia as we don't see her gown much
Athena
Victoria, Victoria, Victoria...Non !!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly is “non”?
DeleteAnon 21/12/22 05:28, my thoughts also. What is "non"? I like very much Victoria's gown and her hair too. Silvia's pearls are beautiful, but she looks a little bit tired.
DeleteNon = No. Not sure what the commenter doesn't like - the hair, the dress style or color, or the jacket. I think the Crown Princess looks lovely.
DeletePamela, I know what the word "non" means, but I don't understand what the commenter means - as also you were wondering.
DeleteAhhhh - the mysterious “non”. Where is Mister Holmes?
Delete@deadeggs, that was a good one :)
DeleteI like Victoria, and her hair style, i will make it my go to. The jacket on the other hand looks too casual for be this dress

Great look for the RL and the men. css
ReplyDeleteLove the purple velvet on CP Victoria and Prince Daniel looks very handsome in the white tie and light blue order sash.
ReplyDeleteThe velvet dress is beautiful. But somehow I feel there is something missing.. Her jewellery is very elegant but on these pics you really have to zoom in to notice it. So maybe with more eye catching jewellery….. Anyway, she looks very classy and the colour suites her.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very formal and solemn affair. Perhaps also boring or Queen Silvia is just tired. More or flashier jewellery would not be right. Ladyofthemanor
Delete@Anon. 05:15. I can see her necklace very clear (1st pic.). I do not like too much jewelry especially with all the orders and decorations they have to wear. Her dress is lovely.
DeleteI really like this velvet gown on Victoria. Beautiful colour, great silhouette and a stunning subtle shine. The silver shoes are a great finishing touch. I also think that the jacket goes really well with it. Not at all casual, instead I think it reads very formal due to the material which has the same subtle shine to it as the dress. A stunning look indeed.
ReplyDeleteIf I am not mistaken, Victoria's amazing plum velvet gown is a rewear.
ReplyDeleteThe addition of the deep blue faux - fur jacket is a good choice.
On the fence about Silvia's gown.
Men look quite spiffy.
ReplyDeleteThis 60-Look is odd to me, like some other 60-Look last week.
ReplyDeleteVictoria's purple velvet gown looks very regal, and, the sapphire pendant on her necklace is gorgeous. Her earrings are bit small. I wonder if Queen Silvia is well. I like her black gown from what I can see. Her hair, from the back view, is very pretty. The King and Prince Daniel look very handsome.
ReplyDeleteHer hair style makes her look so much older
ReplyDeleteAgree: And the gown, the coat... so so heavy
