King Charles III and the Queen Consort released their 2022 Christmas card, which features a subtle tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth. The Highland Games was thought to be one the Queen's favourite engagements. The King and Queen have chosen a photograph taken at the Braemar Gathering in Royal Deeside for their Christmas card this year. The photograph was taken at the Braemar Games on September 3, 2022 by royal photographer Samir Hussein.

Lovely card and symbolism behind it. Camilla's hat is quite exquisit and the overall vibe positively festive. Well done!

With Queen Camilla looking at King Charles with a sweet smile, and he, in turn, gazing ahead with a smile, this makes for a very nice first Christmas card as monarch. I hope they have a very Happy Christmas.
ReplyDeleteJust lovely. css
ReplyDeleteRobbin hood dress?
ReplyDeleteI love the hat, the particular colours suit Camilla. Charles looks good. Monarchy not celebrity so refreshing. Merry Christmas (Tara)
