  2. I love the grey dress, combining with the black boots. The black coat is a welcome addition.

  3. As always impeccably dressed but I find the dark gay and black ensemble a bit dull. A piece of jewelry perhaps. Even all the men in their dull suits have a pop of color in thei ties. Ladyofthemanor

    1. Why oh why must there always be a "pop of color"? There's nothing wrong with Letizia's outfit & it's not "dull". She doesn't seem to be a fan of jewelry, either. She's worn many bright & colorful outfits; now on this occasion she's in solid gray tones & she looks quite nice. |-Melanie-|

    2. Sorry, -Melanie- I'm a 'pop-of-colour' lover.
I agree with Ladyofthemanor. Can't explain why I have this characteristic.
Maybe I'm afraid of darkness, dullness etc.
I'd love to see Queen Letizia add something bright and gay to her ensemble.

  4. On a rainy December day, Queen Letizia looks very chic in black and gray. Although the coat is very pretty, I think she looks better without it. The neckline drapes better when not encumbered by the coat. The boots, bag and belt are great accessories.

  5. Please buy the Queen a cape so that she doesn't need to wear these coats slung over her shoulders.

    1. Why not? It is very elegant, It has been done for ages, only poor women need to wear the coat on, because they do not have a choffer.

Grigio e nero ottimo outfit per un incontro di lavoro.

    1. In Spain women always have worn black and grey, actually bright colours came across as tacky. Maybe Spanish Catholic.

  10. Je n’ai pas trouvé à redire sur tout l'ensemble à part peut-être la large ceinture qui casse trop sa silhouette élancée ; j'aime beaucoup la souplesse des bottes !

    1. You need photos of royals wearing bright clothes to cheer you up? Seriously? No color in your life? And where I live we have lots of sun & bright blue skies during the cold (yes, COLD) winter. I see nothing wrong with Letizia's lovely autumn/winter outfit. |-Melanie-|

    3. There's no color around where you are to cheer you up? You're depending on photos of royals? Where I live we have lots of sun during the cold winter, bright blue skies - that's lots of color. |-Melanie-|
