The Danish Crown Prince family sent a Christmas greeting from Tasmania, Australia and shared a new photo. The photo shows Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary and their four children, Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine. The family is currently in Tasmania, where Mary was born, in order to spend Christmas holiday with Mary's family.

Beautiful family photo of the CP family!!! Happy smiles from all and the Tasmanian setting for the photo is perfect. Love all the dresses too.

Such a nice photo of a lovely family. If you didn't know who they were, they could pass for everyday people in the street, which I'm sure they must appreciate very much when they just want to be normal people. I love that Mary is very much keeping her children's dual cultural heritage alive with visits to her homeland and spending time with her father and her immediate family, and substituting complex palace life with something more relaxed and simple. So important for the children to know both sides of their parents family while they can.
ReplyDeleteWishing them all a very Merry Christmas.

Agree with your words.
DeleteFrom me also, a very happy holiday season to Princess Mary and her 'Aussie' family.

DeleteRoyals are among the most privileged of people.I don't believe in praising them for their immense luck by being born or married into royalty.
DeleteGiusto, ma è quello che facciamo tutti. Mantenere i rapporti con le due famiglie di origine fa parte della nostra “storia”.

I agree
DeleteLovely as usual.
ReplyDeleteLovely pic of the family in Australia. Josefine and Vincent have grown and matured so much. No more little kids. I like Mary's dress. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year everyone, css
ReplyDeleteGorgeous picture with the Tassie landscape. For those unaware the Australians call Tasmania Tassie for short. I hope they enjoy a relaxed Aussie Christmas with lots of seafood including fresh prawns from our oceans. Prawns are a must for the Aussie Christmas lunch.Glad to have Mary home with her famy. Mary
ReplyDeleteI agree with your comments. The family looks lovely. We had the most delicious seafood when we were in Australia. Australians are also welcoming, friendly and kind people. They seem to enjoy life. family and friends.
DeleteThis is a normal family card! Love it! Much better than the Dutch Royal family. Keeping up with modern times.
ReplyDeleteAgree !!
DeleteBeautiful photo. Gorgeous dresses the royal ladies are wearing. Tasmania is a beautiful place. Its lovely Mary can spend it with her family. Tassie weather like Sydney is favorable currently. Lets hope it keeps up for them.
ReplyDeleteUne belle photo de la famille sous le soleil de Tasmanie ; les robes sont parfaites même si je n'adhère pas aux baskets d'Isabella. Je leur souhaite un joyeux Noël ainsi qu'une bonne année !
ReplyDeleteThe sneakers r in fashion atm

ReplyDeleteNice to see them as normal people. Not like the English royal family.
ReplyDeleteIt really does no good to compare the royal families to each other. After all each one has their own traditions and way of doing things. Most likely none of us really know any of them so we judge them on what they want us to see. And just by being 'royal' they are set apart from every day people and really aren't all that 'normal' anyway.
DeleteBut Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year everyone!
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year everyone!
I like to see this Royal family. Mary is always perfect, but really I prefer to be in my place. I won’t like to be watched, judged, etc… in every moment of my life!
