Queen Mathilde of Belgium will turn 50 on 20 January 2023 and on the occasion of her 50th birthday, the Queen had launched the initiative 'Together in motion for mental well-being'. In connection with that initiative, the Queen takes a walking or cycling tour in all ten provinces of Belgium and in the Brussels Region between July and December, together with people and organizations involved in projects related to mental well-being.
The ninth tour took place on Tuesday, November 8 in the region between Tubize and Nivelles municipalities, both located in the province of Walloon Brabant. Starting from Nivelles, Queen Mathilde cycled 22 km with employees and patients of The Medical Pedagogical Institute's (IMP - The Istituto Medico-Pedagogico) residential service for adults, named “Le Colombier”. Cyclists from the organization Respect Seniors also participated in the tour.
Not much to write about fashion-wise, but, I think Queen Mathilde is really special. She seems to me to be a compassionate, caring person.
