My hubby and me love Croatia, especially Rovinj. Mrs. Milanovic is a beautiful lady.
ReplyDeleteNon mi piace la parte sopra bianca, sembra come stretta in un bustino.

Caduta di stile
DeleteThe top part of Letizia's outfit looks good, but the Coulette is not so nice, this is MO only of course, css
ReplyDeleteNot in favour of this dress due to the strange optical illusion the half black sleeves cause when viewed against a black background. It only looks good as long as the arms are held apart, as in the third model photo.
ReplyDeleteAnd I like it even less on Letizia. The dropped black bodice and the longer length that she is wearing the dress gives a heavy, mournful look, further accentuated by the black boots. Not one of her best looks by far.

I do not like Queen Letizia´s jump-suit. The block colouring feels weird and the whole look is aging and unbecoming. The first ladies jump-suite feels much more modern even if I would like some pop of colour somewhere.

It slightly resembles a nun's habit, I think. A not so good pick of QL.
ReplyDeleteEntre les deux, la première Dame a vraiment ma préférence dans cette combinaison joliment ceinturée !
ReplyDeleteThe Croatian First Lady has a good feeling for style!
ReplyDeleteMabel
What a horrible dress she looks like a nun.
ReplyDeleteI seem to be in the minority, I truly like this fashion forward jumpsuit, and queen Letizia has the perfect body for it, it’s different and rather original, the boots are fabulous, however I think that a ponytail would’ve shown the top part of the outfit much better.
ReplyDeleteThe First Lady looks impeccable and very elegant.
Cherry
I agree 100%!! 👌🏾
DeleteDon't worry, Cherry, I seem to belong as well to the minority. I love this jumpsuit, so original. The First Lady's jumpsuit is very elegant but rather traditional; we have seen this type of model on many occasions!
DeleteI join you in appreciating the design which some originality, she is the person to wear it. Unusual but harmonious concept.
DeleteThis is one of the rare fails for me with Queen Letizia--for some reason the outfit seems to overwhelm her. Perhaps had this been separates? Perhaps had the pant legs been full length? Not sure--just not a fan. The Croatian First Lady looks marvelous despite her trousers being a touch too long.

Sorry, don't like this at all. The strange horizontal white top bit just looks weird. I'm not normally the greatest fan of jumpsuits but the Croatian first lady looks fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the First Lady's take on a jumpsuit here, but Letizia's has potential. I'm actually in the minority, but I love a good culotte! I think the cut and fit are impeccable, just not the biggest fan of the white blouse part on the top.

Teresa Helbig is a well known Spanish designer for one of a kind type of couture, she's not a cookie cutter designer, and Queen Letizia is always fashion forward. She looks great.
ReplyDeleteThis is something Queen Raina could have worn, but it’s not right on Queen L.
ReplyDeleteI feel that some arrangements had been made for both couples well in advance according the schedule followed by the Spanish Royals throughout their two- day official visit.
ReplyDeleteI mean that the ladies' sartorial choices were perflectly in tune with their major engagements, i e. a wreath laying and a visit to a health institution.
Their clothing choices called for a measured elegance and sobriety, including what they wore to the official dinner.
Well done to both couples.
