On November 24, Dutch Queen Maxima attended the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Multicultural Network of Civil Servants (MNR) in The Hague. Queen Maxima also attended the jubilee meeting in which the founders and members of the network, of the Committee of Recommendation and of the Council of Inspiration looked back on the activities and efforts of the organization in the past fifteen years.
Queen Maxima also spoke with members and stakeholders in the network about the promotion of employees with a multicultural background and about the importance of an inclusive organization. The Multicultural Network of Civil Servants (MNR) aims to map civil servants with a dual cultural background within the central government, so that their labor market position within the central government improves.
Twinning with Queen Mathilda on the same day. They seem to share fashion tips
ReplyDeleteExactly what I thought. And both Queens look great. AnnieM
DeleteYes, who’s copying who?
DeleteThis outfit looks good, chic and stylish. Love the hat. The dress suits her beautifully.
ReplyDeleteToo much red or is it a rust color. Sure wish she would do something with the messy hair. She is a queen after all (by marriage).
ReplyDeleteAgree on all points. I also think too much of this rust color and even the huge hat cannot hide the unhealthy hair.

I love the red gianvio rossi boots !!
ReplyDeleteI know, Maxima, that you can wear gloves inside at a very official occasion. However rhe gloves look so very ridiculous to me here. The ladies next to QM look very festive, cause it's a jubilee of a multicultural network. Maxima is imv underdressed cause this seems to me an outfit for a working visit but not for a jubilee.
ReplyDeleteAl Capone style hat...!
ReplyDeleteVery nice indeed.css
ReplyDeleteQueen Maxima looks terrific. The red dress is a perfect fit and the rust colored accessories are complementary. I love the hat, gloves, belt and boots. I think her hair looks very good.
ReplyDeleteMaxima looks great here. Her signature style, and the colour is wonderful on her.

Troppo rosso scuro e senza stacco di colore. Perché scegliere un cappello così grande per un evento all’interno? Se proprio deve meglio qualcosa di piccolo o, meglio ancora, nulla!
ReplyDeleteRossella🌹
I donot know why this doesnot convince me, the colours are lovely put together.
ReplyDeleteMaybe to much an outdoor outfit: the hat, gloves and boots worn inside.

DeleteLose the hat & the gloves & I'd actually like this ensemble. The colours compliment each other well & the fit is good. But the hat obscures her face too much & the sturdy leather gloves look ridiculous for an indoor event.

Like her outfit. Fits in well with the pre winter season.
ReplyDeleteI'd give it 9/10 but if the hat wasn't there, or smaller, I'd give it 10/10.
Deguisée, rodage Western, cape, chapeau, bottes planoplie complète.
ReplyDeleteI love this all red ensemble from Maxima!!
ReplyDeleteI can't t figure out anybody else pulling off all these pieces together with such confidence.
Like her hat and yes,...she can leave her hat on!😉
