On the occasion of the start of the Children's Diabetes Foundation's new campaign for a cure for type 1 diabetes, a new photo of Crown Princess Victoria has been released by the Foundation. Since 1993, Crown Princess Victoria has been patron of the Children's Diabetes Foundation (Barndiabetesfonden).
As part of that campaign, the Crown Princess wears a blue knot bracelet to show her support for all children, young people and adults living with type 1 diabetes.

CP Victoria has a heart of gold and that's a good cause to raise awareness for.
ReplyDeleteLovely comment and so true!

I like her a lot. She will be an amazing Queen. Lucky Sweden!
ReplyDeletePretty photo to promote her Foundation.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo and great cause. Another beautiful shade of blue for Victoria.

Fashion takes the backseat here - I second the others in saying that she'll be a great queen one day, very in tune with today's issues and problems.
ReplyDeleteOther than that, I think the blue suits her nicely, but I wish she would keep those fussy blouses away from her suits and either wear the blouse with just a pair of trousers or wear the full suit with a more simple shirt underneath. But that's really nitpicking.

Joli blazer mais alors ce chemisier à volants avec un noeud dans un style Lavallière !
ReplyDeleteVictoria seems a very friendly and charming lady. Working hard for so many good charities and causes. This photo however makes her face a bit stern. It would be so nice if Victoria sometimes changes her hairstyle. This one is of course very practical but sometimes the hair looser would soften her face imv.
ReplyDeleteI really don't like the bracelet. The clothing is very smart and professional.
ReplyDeleteShe has the eyes of a wise person and the eyes also reflect inner peace.
ReplyDeleteVictoria looks nice. A bit underwhelming maybe? css
ReplyDelete@css. I agree, a bit underwhelming but in a positive way.
DeleteCertainly a beautiful portrait of the Princess.
The concentration of the colour blue sets it off well.
It’s normal for artwork like this to be photoshopped.
But I doubt if any photoshopping has been done with Princess Victoria's portrait.
