On October 4, 2022, King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia and Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended the opening of the Swedish Church council meeting at Uppsala Cathedral in Uppsala. Church council meeting is the highest decision-making body of the Swedish Church. Before the meeting, a service was held at Uppsala Cathedral by Bishop Åsa Nyström.
Uppsala Cathedral is a church of the Lutheran Church of Sweden and the seat of the Archbishop of Uppsala, the primate of Sweden. Each year it hosts the General Synod, the Church of Sweden's highest decision-making body. The General Synod (Kyrkomötet) is the title of the governing body of church organizations.

Love, love, love this outfit on Victoria! The camel shade and white look subtly beautiful together. Her hairstyle is lovely and different from the usual every day bun. Queen Silvia looks like she is not feeling well. Perhaps she's not over her cold? MD
ReplyDeleteI agree. We don’t often see her in these colours but they really compliment her complexion. The updo is lovely too. (V.M.)
DeleteGreat look for CP Victoria, love the skirt and the white jacket especially.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the combination of white and camel is very beautiful I think it's a pity that Victoria wears the jacket. If you see the skirt and top on the model it looks as a lovely and elegant dress. Sonja wel dressed in a lovely tweed ensemble. Hat not really my thing. Would have chosen another model and colour.
ReplyDeleteCrown princess outfit is absolutely perfect. So elegant

ReplyDeleteCP Victoria is very elegant in these colors creamed coffee and white. I cannot see very well what kind of fantasy she has on the back of her hair. It looks like blonde curls ?
ReplyDeleteThis is Victoria at her best.
ReplyDeleteSilvia looks nice too, but you can tell she´s been ill. Great to see her again, of course.
Victoria looks great… love her outfit and hair! Judy
ReplyDeleteYes, Princess Victoria is on a winner here.
DeleteQueen Silvia's tenue has been well chosen for the occasion.
<I wonder why other members of the royal family didn't attend.
Absolutely love CP Victoria's outfit - colour, length, fit are perfect!!!
ReplyDeleteBravo Victoria! Head to toe perfection.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agreed, perfection!

Agreed…one of the best day looks of all time for Victoria!
DeleteBoth RL look great. I love Victorias outfit. Q Silvias outfit looks very nice, but then she always does.css
ReplyDeleteCan only repeat what is already written: lovely feminine poking Victoria.
ReplyDeleteThe nicely tailored jacket on the long skirt in the nice classic colour combination suits her very well.

“Poking”?
DeleteDonot remember what I wrote, sorry,
Mabel
I like Queen Silvia's suit and hat ;even her comfortable shoes look good Princess Victoria's outfit looks good I like her little hat.It is quite significant to have the Royal family at the Lutheran Synod (Tara)
ReplyDeleteCP Victoria looks splendid. The beige/camel outfit looks great, love the length. Shoes are the perfect color. The cream jacket is beautiful. Wonderful cut and fit, looks stunning. I love the addition of small brooch, subtle but effective. One of the loveliest appearances by the CP. I love Queen Silvia's tweed ensemble.
ReplyDeleteQueen Silvia is as smart as ever but she looks very tired and drawn. I hope she is well. Crown Princess Victoria looks fantastic in this outfit. She’s slim enough for the belted jacket to be a real winner. Love what I can see of the hairpiece. AnnieM
ReplyDeleteVictoria’s is such a seemingly simple outfit but it is stunning. I’m especially impressed that she’s wearing more reasonably sensible shoes instead of 4 inch heals.
