On October 6, 2022, former Queen Sofia of Spain and Infanta Elena attended the 2022 Fundacion MAPFRE Social Outreach Awards ceremony at the Real Casino de Madrid. The awards aim to recognize people, entities and projects that help achieve a fairer and less unequal society with their dedication and work.
Queen Sofía presented the Fundacion MAPFRE 2022 Social Awards to designer Carolina Herrera, Fundacion Integra, Doctors Without Borders and the company Bodega Matarromera. Fundacion MAPFRE is a non-profit institution created by MAPFRE in 1975 whose main objective is to contribute to the well-being of society.
Elégantes toutes les deux surtout Elena ; j'ai eu un soupçon d'hésitation pour la reconnaître avec sa nouvelle coiffure raccourcie et sa tenue très féminine !

Nice Award. Some of the ladies look elegant and chic. I do like Elenas outfit and her hairstyle for today's event very polished also her makeup. Queen Sofias outfit is a bit too casual I would say, I am sure she could have done better. css

The black and red (cherry ) dress, looks splendid.
Queen Sofia’s outfit is great. Nice blue colour and so much better than some of the overly patterned things she sometimes wears. Also one of Infanta Elena’s better looks with much improved hairstyle AnnieM
