On September 14, Queen Maxima attended the HBSC symposium "Young in the 21st Century" in Utrecht. The symposium took place at the auditorium of Utrecht University. During the symposium, Utrecht University, the Trimbos Institute and the Netherlands Institute for Social Research presented the results of twenty years of research into the health and well-being of Dutch school-aged youth.
The Health Behavior in School-aged Children (HBSC) research focuses on social relationships, mental health, substance use, health behavior and sexuality of young people in the Netherlands. The study is part of a major international study and is the only study showing to what extent Dutch school-aged youth has changed over the past twenty years.
Maxima looks very svelte in this dress and it shows off her statuesque figure perfectly. It is a good fit. I'm glad that she didn't choose any jewellery, but instead let the large hat be the adornment, which she chose in the colour of the seams. I wondered why the seams were highlighted by the dark grey colour...normally one would want to hide those, especially on a form fitting dress so it didn't look like the dress was too tight... and so am glad that she matched the hat to them, as design features.

This outfit looks fabulous, very slimline and stylish. The hat is really lovely she wears this style so well. The diamond stud earrings are stunning, what a size!
