Belgian Queen Mathilde received journalist Rudi Vranckx at the Royal Palace to discuss his reports on girls' education in Afghanistan. Some Afghan teenage girls attend classes in secret because they are not officially permitted to secondary education. As an Advocate for the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, the Queen closely follows education issues.

    I took one look and thought not another Natan badly fitting horror. What is the matter with that company that they can not make her clothes that fit her properly. It is pilling at the upper arms, it is pulling at the concealed fastenings and it is making her look even more short waisted than she actually is.

    Wow! Mister Vranckx is a true icon in Flanders concerning war journalism. He looks very handsome in his suit.

    Queen Mathilde looks nice, although I don't think the blouse is very flattering. But the colour suits her really well.

    I think Queen Mathilde is not yet in the running again. It looks like she put on quickly some clothes to receive Rudi Vranckx who is a famous journalist in Flanders. Tomorrow she shall probably be dressed better because there is a marriage in the d'Udekem d'Acoz family probably her brother. And on the10th next Saturday Princess Maria Laura, King Philippe's niece is going to marry in the Brussels St. Gudule & St. Michael cathedral. I wonder if Queen Mathilde will be wearing new outfits on these occasions.

    The Queen has a lovely smile, happy and engaging. Not so sure about the blouse she is wearing, it does appear a little ill fitting? I do love the gorgeous rich color, suits her beautifully.

    Belle couleur unie du chemisier qui lui va à merveille mais je ne suis pas tellement d'accord avec l'imprimé de son pantalon qu'elle a ressorti de son dressing !
