On September 29, 2022, Queen Mathilde of Belgium attended an academic session on breast cancer at Bozar, the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels. The event was organized by BIG (Breast International Group) and aimed to take stock of the current knowledge about breast cancer and research challenges. (The Queen's outfit is from Belgian fashion house Natan).
BIG - Breast International Group is a non-profit organization and the world’s largest international network of academic research groups dedicated to finding cures for breast cancer. This is so much better. Pure elegance. Love her bag by Dior.
ReplyDeleteThe soft pink color of the suit is lovely. I'm not a fan of the blouse, but she looks lovely. Great tailoring on the trousers.

Not a fan of the blouse neither.
DeleteAnd this is Natan too. Very elegant and stylish. Mathilde makes the best choices in Natan's collection. Her hair could be a bit looser; it looks like a kind of helmet to me. Shoes, bag perfect.
ReplyDeleteI agree on an looser hair styling.
DeleteLa couleur douce du costume est flatteuse pour la blondeur de Mathilde mais l'imprimé de la blouse ne l'avantage pas tellement ; par contraste, une couleur unie comme du Bordeaux apporterait encore plus d'élégance !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful costume and beautiful blouse.Stephanie
ReplyDeleteThis pantsuit looks lovely, the fit is perfect. Not a fan of the blouse, the bag is gorgeous. This color outfit suits the Queen beautifully.
ReplyDeleteQueen Mathilde is a lovely lady. I think the blouse would look better if the jacket had been worn as a jacket, making the blouse less prominent. I've never understood why many royals wear their jackets as capes. How do they stay in place? I agree that Queen Mathilde's hair would look better in a looser style.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great looking suit. css
ReplyDeleteThe suit fits her well, though the blouse should have been several inches longer and it would have perfected the entire look. Anne
