Wow what a dress!!! Love the bow twist, the yellow color and the long plated skirt.

I agree. This dress makes a statement! (V.M.)
DeleteMagnifique Kate dans cette couleur jaune mais cette robe serait beaucoup mieux avec quelques centimètres en moins comme sur le mannequin ; j'adore ses boucles d'oreilles !
ReplyDeleteThis dress is very nice, I like it a lot, but the bow is a bit big, not a fan of it. But Kate looks great as usual. josebabe
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!! Love the bright yellow.

Such a beautiful dress ruined by his length. It is longer than a midi dress.
ReplyDeleteAbsolute perfection
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely model and the colour suits Kate very well. However I would have liked the dress to be shorter like on the model. Would have been then more swinging
ReplyDeleteIt’s a stunning dress but not sure if it’s one of her best. As others have said, the dress is very long and I’m not certain that this vivid yellow is her best colour
ReplyDeleteLet me say that I agree with you.
DeleteSo glad to see this yellow dress in use again. It suits Catherine perfectly and bring some cheer with its vibrant color. Her hair look gorgeous as always.

Love the dress except the bow is a no, no, no for me.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress, but the white shoes are a great spoiler fot me,

The Duchess looks beautiful. The design and fit, I love, the bright Yellow color I am not a fan of but Catherine wears it well. I saw a photo of her in a large, I think straw hat, she looked divine, suited her beautifully.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw the photo, I said "oh no, too much for a spectator to wear to "Wimbledon". But after reading on, I noted that the Duchess was there on an official visit. She is the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
ReplyDeleteSo, I slammed on the brakes then threw my thoughts into reverse gear and realised that her tenue was appropriate for such a visit. She certainly stands out in the crowd and literally puts colour into the event. The 'skirt is too long? ' NO (IMO) it's how a lot of English ladies like to wear their dresses, even daytime dresses.
I think Catherine looks stunning in this dress, like a bright bolt of sunshine. The one in the photo with the model is a similar dress, but different. It has no sleeves, the bow is bigger and stiffer and the pleats on the bodice on Catherine's fall more nicely, I think the fabric might be nicer. I quite like the longer length, but something like that is always down to personal taste.
ReplyDeleteShe looks fantastic - but tricky with those stiletto heels in the grass..
ReplyDeleteI like the bow, but the dress is too long and white shoes spoils so much. -Siri
ReplyDeleteBut it is a repeat so yay for sustainability.
DeleteI like the bow, not so much the rest of the dress and the white shoes spoils so much. -Siri
ReplyDeletePros: Lovely butter yellow, nice pleated skirt, like the 'gathered to one shoulder' look, like the addition of the sleeves
ReplyDeleteCons: Skirt is too long, bow is superfluous since there are now sleeves.

she's wearing the yellow version of the pink brigitte dress. which is longer and has viscose and silk fabric not cotten twill. it's on the roksanda dresses section.
ReplyDeleteStunning! She looks so good with warm bright colors, I think the bow elevates this dress from OK, happy, to chic and elegant, I don’t dislike the length because she can carry it, although perhaps 3-4 centimeters shorter would’ve been even better.

I love her dress but feel a nude shoe would have looked much better with the yellow dress ~MS~
ReplyDeleteI quite liked the summer white shoe with the lovely yellow dress.
