Princess Madeleine of Sweden visited the World Childhood Foundation's latest initiative, the Childhood House in Frankfurt am Main. Child Houses, which is an initiative of the World Childhood Foundation founded in 1999 by Queen Silvia, is a contact point for children who have become victims or witnesses of physical or sexual violence. Swedish Princess Madeleine is Honorary Vice President of the World Childhood Foundation.

I think this outfit is mismatched. The blazer goes with neither the casual dress nor the sporty trainers. The dusty pink of the dress clashes with the colder tone of pink in the blazer. She looks nice nevertheless.
ReplyDeletePerò dei piccoli fiori del vestito sono del colore del blazer. D’accordo per le scarpe da ginnastica, ormai le mettono con tutto!
DeleteRossella
Some women cannot be separated from their long flower dresses. I like the blazer.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful look (not sure why the tennis shoes though) from beautiful Princess Madeleine. I really love the dress and would like to see it without the jacket and tennis shoes.
ReplyDeleteJanet
Like the jacket. I think the dress might be okay of worn with heeled sandals rather than the rather incongruous white trainers. Always nice to see Princess Madeleine.
ReplyDeleteToday's visit in Frankfurt by Pss Madelaine of Sweden, for Childhood is very nice . I like her dress, very summerly, the blazer is nice by itself, maybe not so much in combination with the dress, don't know why these shoes. A small sandle or heel would have been better But I am not wearing them. But she is a beautiful women, she can get away with it, josebabe.
ReplyDeleteLovely dress and blazer. I guess she added blazer for more orofessional look. Kinda like this business-mixed-with- casual look.
ReplyDeleteMarika
Très joli blazer mais je ne pense qu'il soit bien porté avec cette longue robe fleurie et surtout avec les baskets ; Madeleine nous a habitués à beaucoup mieux !
ReplyDeleteMay be time for some royal ladies (and teenagers) to get haircuts. They can donate their hair if it's long enough.
ReplyDeleteI love how the Pss has put this ensemble together, she looks lovely. The blazer is elegant, dress is very pretty and feminine. Love the simply necklaces, not overdone, just right.
ReplyDeletePerfect from the toes to the blazer. Business mixed with casual look from a young woman in the mood.
ReplyDeleteTrendy look for Madeleine from head to toe, if she wants to stick to trainers. Sandals would have been nice as well.
ReplyDeleteLovely and feminine outfits. Love how she has mixed business blazer with more relaxed dress and shoes. Women don't have to be on heels all the time.
ReplyDeleteMadeleine's hair look so beautiful, very thick and long.

She had a ‘hard’ face. Don’t think she very sympathetic.
ReplyDelete'Hard' face? Looks more like a serious face.
DeleteHard to be smiling when you hear what horrors young children have been through or have witnessed...
Marika
Probably the big bot.. and fill... talking ;)
DeleteHi Marika, still think she has a hard face. I think she’s a cold person, unlike her sister.
DeleteWell, fillers and botox was my first thought too. And yes, she might be a bit "entitled" but also selfaware from what you've seen in interviews. So I think the hubby would have fit with a more warm grounded classy woman
DeleteSpeculating about botox and fillers...most royal ladies have used something to maintain their face wrinkle-free and youthful 😉These days fillers, botox are not the only options. When it is done well, why not? Who wouldn't want to look good in her 40s, 50s, 60s etc? Especially when under public eye.
DeleteMadeleine is still very pretty woman. Her weight loss has made her face look thinner. Even hairstyles can make face look different.
Sorry I haven't met her, so I don't know if she is indeed hard and cold person. Have you met her personally?
Marika
Nothing of this outfit fit together. The dress is to over the top for me. Either go for frills or flowers, not together. The jacket is nice on it owns, but the jacket, dress and on top floral sneakers together is a bad match. To be harsh looks like when a kid dresses themselves 😂🤣
ReplyDeleteHave to agree with everything you said, maybe she let her oldest daughter pick out the outfit. lol
DeleteHer face is slowly changing, not aging, but changing.
DeletePerfectly dressed and I like het trainers. Wish that every royal would wear always trainers.
ReplyDeleteThis dress look like something borrowed from Victoria sans bows and high neck. I like the way Madeleine has styled it - she looks stylish, pretty and trendy. I personally have started to wear high heels much rarely and my feet are very grateful :)
ReplyDeleteAs to Madeleine's face..we all change. Gaining or loosing weight change our face. Changing hairstyle change our face. Doing makeup differently change our face.
It is clear that Madeleine has aged. There are wrinkles. Her skin look less trim (sun, smoking). BUT. There's nothing wrong or 'hard' about her face. I find it sad how some women enjoy puting down other women. We should stick together but instead what we do?
