On July 13, 2022, Japanese Princess Kako attended the ceremony of 39th National Urban Greening Fair in Eniwa City, Hokkaido Prefecture. After the ceremony, Princess Kako planted a commemorative tree (Prunus sargentii, commonly known as North Japanese hill cherry) and inspected the city’s greening efforts. The Fair was started in 1983.
The event’s goals are to encourage people to embrace values of nature (trees and flowers), to protect nature and also to proceed community building that grows with comfort and prosperity of having nature. The festival is held in different city every year.

Princess Kako looks so elegant, tall and slender in this outfit.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely lace dress she is wearing and the colour is beautiful too. The short jacket looks appropriate for the outfit, but think how much better it might have looked if it wasn't so sharply white and instead was made of the same green lace as the dress. Still, she looks lovely.

if the short jacket is also green..she would like a leaf...

DeleteThis is a pretty outfit suits Kako well. If the dress had just been on the knee or slightly below would have been nicer but overall well done. Mary
ReplyDeleteAgree!
DeleteNice dress—— perfect summer outfit. Manages to be suitably demure for the Japanese royal dress codes but looks contemporary.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very pretty feminine outfit. Elegant and subtle.
ReplyDeleteFresh look for the Pss. I believe she also cut her hair, looks good. josebabe
