The Duchess of Cornwall celebrates her 75th birthday today. The Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Rosemary Shand, later Parker Bowles, was born on July 17, 1947 in London. On the occasion of the birthday, new photos of the Duchess of Cornwall were released. The photos were taken by royal photographer Chris Jackson last month at Raymill, the duchess's home in Wiltshire. The Duchess is to celebrate her 75th birthday with a small family dinner.
These are lovely photos. The dress is perfect for the relaxed garden setting. (V.M.)

The dog (a rescue) is cute.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. This is another royal who just commands respect for hard work and doing things her way without reacting to criticism over the years. Sending Her Royal Highness very best wishes for her birthday.
ReplyDeleteI couldn’t agree more. Lovely woman.

A happy 75th Birthday to The Dss of Cornwall and many more. What fitting photo also the dog wanted to be seen. Nice summerly dress. May I also extend a happy 2nd anniversary greeting to The Pss Beatrice of York and her husband Edoardo. Thank you josebabe
ReplyDeleteThese are really lovely photos. Chris really captures the essence of Camilla, looking relaxed and happy. The summer dress works in well with the setting.
ReplyDeleteHave great admiration and respect for our hardworking Duchess. Most ladies of her age are long retired but she is indefatigable. Happy birthday ma’am
ReplyDelete@Anon. 18/7/22 09:03. It all depends on what job you have been doing. You can hardly compare the life of a privilege person to the one of a woman who has been working full-time her whole life, who raised 2 or 3 children, who didn't had the money to pay for help in the household, whose husband had a very demanding job too and couldn't help her much either. I can assure you that some people of 75 years are tired or start having health problems that make it impossible to go out and about much. These are the ones that deserve admiration for the hard work they have been doing their whole life.

DeleteHappy birthday to the Dss of Cornwall.8
