On June 22, 2022, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the province of Limburg. The visit started at a fruit and vegetable auction of BelOrta in Borgloon. BelOrta is a cooperative of 950 local growers of fresh fruit and vegetables.
The King and Queen then visited De Wroeter in Kortessem. De Wroeter is a social organization that offers various activities, training or employment in the production and sale of traditional products, in organic horticulture and fruit growing, green maintenance and catering, to people from disadvantaged groups or with disabilities.
In Kortessem, the King and Queen then visited a bakery, a kitchen, greenhouses and a farm shop. The visit ended in the City Hall and on the Market in Bilzen, where the King and Queen spoke with the locals.
ok for the dress, but No for the shoes IMV
ReplyDeleteLove the shoes & the dress & the colour - Pashminas are rather dated.Siv

DeleteThe reason why QM took a pashmina is because it is cold where the fruits and vegetables are stored. These places are like big refrigerators and with a t° of almost 30° outside she could use a pashmina.

I like the shoes, but not the dress, it needs a belt, looks boring imo.

Oh no...we've been trying so hard to get her to forget about her precious belts, and now when she finally does you're saying she needs one...

DeleteCompletely agree with you.
Agree with Anony9:13 no belt, no reason for it !
DeleteThe dress is OK but not a wow.
ReplyDeleteAgree. Might look better in a different colour! AnnieM
DeleteThe couleur doesn’t suite her, otherwise the dress is ok.
ReplyDeleteI like the dress on Q.M.. It fits her well and the side pleat adds some detail. I’d prefer to see it worn in a very casual setting, with sandals and a straw handbag. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteWell done Mathilde, nice dress with surprising earrings,

DeleteShe looks lovely, well presented. Love the shoes.
ReplyDeleteLovely look for Queen Mathilde. (~MS~)
ReplyDeleteI love the dress, the bracelet, the shoes, the clutch. Appropriate for this visit.
ReplyDeleteThe dress, shawl, accessories were quite nice. The shoes not a good fit, looked out of place. jj
