Wow! So beautiful, Victoria!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great dress by H&M & Victoria wears it well . Hair is mice. Mary
ReplyDeleteI have mixed feelings. I am OK with the lime-ish color as CP Victoria looks good in it. The dress is good except for the ruffles pretending to be sleeves. I really am not a fan of this--she has a beautiful blue gown she wore just recently during the Finnish state visit that had a similar type of sleeve (although she had added something to original ruffles only). The "tiara" is a no for me--not a fan of this type of ornament (its a personal thing I guess). CP Mary has done this on occasion and I didn't like her efforts either. I do think the placement here is much better that Mary's and it does look better with an updo--just a personal opnion.

Well on the contrary. I like everything I see here. The color, the design, the originality, the hair, the jewelry. One of her better evening gowns.
DeleteCP Victoria looks young, fresh, happy and stylish here. Simply beautiful. Pretty cool look. Thumbs up.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty and so different!! I love her clothes they are always so pretty!!
ReplyDeleteI like the hair ornament in CP Victoria's elaborate hairdo. I'm not a fan of the ruffled net cap sleeves, but the color of the gown is pleasant. The other ladies look very pretty too. (Debra)
ReplyDeleteCP Victoria looks amazing in this gorgeous shade of green!
ReplyDeleteMy super tiny quibble with the sleeve shape is easy to overlook when the entire ensemble positively sings with joy. I love this tiara and find its modern organic shape and materials an interesting and very pretty addition to the wonderful world of tiaras.
Photo #6 showing the group of attendees tells an amazing colour story, with dramatic black, intense blues, and crisp white offsetting CPV's green splendidly.

Victoria looks wonderful here. I suppose the green and the leaf of the headpiece represents “sustainability”. Very clever. Really eye catching
ReplyDeleteWith the exception of the color, I'm not loving this dress.
ReplyDelete...Marie
Think the same.
DeleteWow she looks like a tree; so floaty and nice, so lovely, lots of symbolism; the pearls in the hair piece look stunning.(Margreit)

DeleteFunny but I had the same feelings about a tree when I first saw the photo. To me it looks like a Christmas tree which is waiting to be decorated. The design is just a bit too girly.
I have no mixed feelings about the outfit. CP Victoria in this tulle dress in an old-fashioned style and tiara looks like she has to participate in WM for standard dances. A big NO .... also to the choice for the event.

Youthful and joyfull!

Yes, CPV looks good! This green colour's wonderful on her.

ReplyDeleteNot a fan. Don't like the color. Don't like the fabric and don't like the "sleeves". On top of that it looks like an petticoat from the 1800s.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful 🌺🌺
ReplyDeleteThis dress with this particular shade of green is just gorgeous. And Victoria wears it to perfection. Also like the green stone and pearls accessory in her hair which complements the overall look. The earrings are just right too and give balance.
ReplyDeleteLove this gown, the color is great, I just don't care for the ruffles on the arm I think this make it childlike, OMO. The hair accessory looks great.
ReplyDeleteTOOOOO much green in the last month or so, sorry, but I am not a fan of the color of green, nor the dress. The hair piece is interesting in design, but not with the green added in.
ReplyDeleteThe Princess looks so lovely, the colour, the style and her hair perfect.
