On the second day of Danish Crown Couple's working visit to The Netherlands, Crown Princess Mary visited Leiden University Medical Center and Willem-Alexander Children’s Hospital. The children’s hospital is associated with the university hospital in Leiden. Afterwards, the Crown Princess attended a luncheon at Delft City Hall.
Finally, in the evening, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a reception hosted by Denmark’s ambassador to The Netherlands, HE Jarl Frijs-Madsen.

Mary and Frederik look gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dress, simple not fussy just elegant. Prince Frederick is soooo handsome, but his suit jacket is a little tight around the chest in my opinion. They make a lovely couple.

Always classy and chic.
ReplyDeleteA very nice dress for CPM. I think a few royals own this dress don’t they? I seem to remember a fuschia long-sleeved version at one of the Jubilee events, and P. Beatrice wore one in blue I think. It’s clearly a style that’s flattering to many. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteKate has it in pink, Bea in blue and Mette-Marit in the same color at Mary. Sophie Winkleman had it in hot pink on the thanksgiving service for the Queen. Lovely dress.
Delete@Louise: I believe in some versions of the above owners dresses, the dress had a long line of buttons that continued below the belt.

Not after what I can see.
DeleteLove this feminine dress, beautiful hairstyle and makeup.

Mary is lovely as ever, but we can now see that all Danish men are badly dressed( not only the crown -prince),

Frederik has always looked a bit unkempt & needs some advice on how to walk better. Joachim, on the other hand, dresses well & seems more regal than Fred. JMO & I'm not the only one who has said this. Mary is dressed nice except for the ugly capped shoes. *Regina
DeleteCe modèle a l'air d'être apprécié par beaucoup de dames de certains milieux royaux ; Mary est très belle dans cette couleur !
ReplyDeleteCPM dress is lovely simple &, elegant. Mary wears it with class Mary
ReplyDeleteSmart, elegant dress but I prefer it in colour. As VM says, it was worn by some of the British royals at the Jubilee service. Great with the gorgeous heels. AnnieM
ReplyDeleteLove Mary’s sling back spectators! Sylvie
ReplyDeleteReally lovely look from CP Mary--with the heels and the flats! She looks beautiful. Love the photo of the CP couple together!
ReplyDeleteJanet
Perfection Love it all!
ReplyDeletePure class your Princess, so elegant in high heels and flats.
ReplyDeleteThe lady on Frederik's left side was wearing heels, but not stilettos. If Mary had chosen this kind of heel she wouldn't have had to change into the flat ones. Would have looked much better to the dress.
ReplyDeleteI'm normally big fan of Mary's style but this dress is just boring. -Siri
ReplyDeleteThe dress does the job and Princess Mary wears it well. However a touch of summer colour somewhere wouldn't go a miss.
DeleteMary looked lovely in a plain spring dress. Her choice of heels for the formal part of the meeting looked lovely, and was glad she changed to the cap toed shoes for walking on uneven grounds. jj
ReplyDeleteShe looks really dowdy in that dress combined with flats.
