On May 2, 2022, Danish Princess Marie was present at the Hospital Filadelfia's 125th anniversary in Dianalund. The Epilepsy Hospital is a highly specialised hospital for patients with epilepsy – and the only hospital of its kind in Denmark. The Princess wore a floral wrap dress by Goat Fashion (now Jane Atelier).
The Princess also visited the hospital's Neurophysiology Clinic, where patients are examined, among other things, by measuring the brain's electrical activities. The Princess attended the anniversary celebration in her capacity as patron of the Epilepsy Association.

No room for fashion related comments on my part.
ReplyDeleteKudos to Princess Marie for highlighting these terribile health issues as a patron of the Association.
The fifht pic is harrowing, so sad to see children' s sufferings and imaging what the families involved are experiencing.
I am sure that Pss Marie had a good deal of sweetness and emphathy while talking with the little patients.
Marie looks lovely. A very pretty, fresh and appropriate dress with good shoes.
ReplyDeleteMarie looks lovely in this very pretty dress. As someone who suffered from epilepsy as an adolescent, I applaud the Danes for their efforts in studying and treating those with epilepsy.

I am so sorry, Debra.
DeleteCette robe-portefeuille fleurie va bien à la silhouette de Marie avec la longueur idéale ainsi qu'un ravissant décolleté ; je pense quand-même qu'une couleur de fond plus soutenue lui conviendrait mieux !
ReplyDeleteMarie looks very pretty! The color pattern and length of the dress are lovely and not too much.
ReplyDeleteLovely flower dress that Princess Marie is wearing. It fits very well.
ReplyDeleteLovely dress and perfect look from Princess Marie! Janet
ReplyDeleteAs always, it is a pleasure to see Marie. And this dress is especially charming!
ReplyDeleteLovely patterned dress, with muted colors, yet spring like and well fitted to Princess Marie. Anne
ReplyDeleteLovely dress on Marie. It looks fresh, feminine, comfortable. I think 5cm shorter had been even better. I also like her shoes, but they look painfully small. I really don´t care for seeing squished toes.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great design for P.Marie. Even though the floral pattern is a fairly large scale, the style of the dress - v neck with 3/4 sleeves - ensures that it doesn’t overwhelm her petite figure. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteHow marvellous that Princess Marie was able to be present for this 125th Anniversary celebration. I had no idea she was patron, absolutely wonderful. Speaking with the young patient, the Princess can get first hand knowledge of what can be a very debilitating and frightening condition.
ReplyDeleteThe Epilepsy Hospital wow, what a splendid institution, patients being able to have access to the best therapies and help.
This is very close to my heart, having an adult daughter with Epilepsy.
Well done to Princess Marie, well done.
Dear Ava, I feel so sorry for what you wrote.
DeleteA peer of mine has a daughter who has been suffering from Epilepsy since she was an adolescent.
He told me that his daughter was fine until she had a sudden and totally unexpected attack in the morning.
Yes, well done to Princess Marie and kudos to the sanitary staff for constantly providing their patients with help and best therapies.
Hugs.
P. the original. Your kind words warm the heart. It can be a very insidious illness, and what you described is correct and can indeed happen. The Epilepsy Hospital is one amazing place, I wish we had such facilities in my neck of the world, it would make such a difference. I am so glad Pss Marie is their Patron. Take care Ava.
DeleteDearest Ava, thank you.
ReplyDeleteI hope that these facilities will be available where you live as soon as possible.
Hugs for you and your daughter.
P. the original. A lovely message, thank you so much, I live in hope.
