On May 19, 2022, Princess Marie of Denmark, together with Denmark's Ambassador to France Michael Starbæk Christensen, invited a number of the embassy's partners to a reception at the House of Denmark in Paris. Prince Joachim also attended the reception.
The reception was held in artist Jesper Christiansen's newly opened exhibition "Temps, peintures et nota bene" that has previously been displayed at the Odsherred Art Museum and at the Skovgaard Museum.
Princess Marie took up the role of Special Culture Representative in the culture department at the Danish Embassy on October 1 last year as part of a new initiative aiming to strengthen Danish culture in France and Denmark's cooperation with France.
MAJE Ruffle Floral-print Crepe Midi Dress
It rarely happens that PM wears something which is totally off to me, but this is a dress which doesn't look good on her: the uneven hem, the layers, the print, the fitting under the breasts and shoes aren't to my liking

I had the same thought
DeleteSono d'accordo con te!
DeleteFully agree with MCS
DeleteI had the same thought, nothing is right about this, even the open toed shoes
DeleteDisagree, I like PM's lovely floral print dress today as I did when she wore it last summer, but not the shoes/sandals.
DeletePM's figure is short around the waist, opposed to CPM, she has model figure and height. So never criticism from the
samme fashionistas, who always have criticism to Marie, Sofia and Victoria and their dresses and how it fits.
In my optics they have a more personal style vs Mary,
who follows the newest in fashion (like a model) .

Ah, les revoilà ; délicieuse Marie dans cette robe imprimée fleurie mais étant donné ses volants asymétriques, j'essaie de l'imaginer avec une longueur plus courte après avoir conservé les volants à la même hauteur !
ReplyDeleteThis dress is not my style but I think she looks good in that dress.

Really cannot like this dress and I also, sadly, don't like how Princess Marie styled it with the heels or the earrings. The shoes and earrings are great--just not here. The dress looks better with flats--not the heavy black sandals on the model but I think the flat shoes are better with such a busy dress.

Beautiful and happy couple - quite a huge asset to their country. Moqui
ReplyDeleteLike their interaction with the people. Marie always has a smile. Nice dress BTW.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful, feminine dress for the charming princess!
ReplyDeleteNice to see Princess Marie and Prince Joachim out together. It's nice to see them at an art reception and supporting the arts. She looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteShe is a short woman, but this dress makes her look even shorter.
ReplyDeleteAt least light colors this time.
The layers of the dress give the impression that she is taller. It works well for her. Nice print and color of the dress. Shoes are a good choice. Judy
ReplyDeletePrincess Marie is very attractive and her dress is superb
