Prince Guillaume and Princess Stephanie visited the Abrigado center in Bonnevoie. The center was opened in 2005 and is administered by the National Committee for Social Défense (CNDS). The center offers drug addicts a safe place to consume narcotics in sanitary conditions that meet health standards.
In addition to connecting addicts with various social services, harm reduction lies at the heart of Abrigado's philosophy: the center hopes to prevent overdose deaths and reduce the risk of blood-borne infections such as HIV and Hepatitis.
The multidisciplinary team provides assistance and medical monitoring aimed at preventing the usual risks of street consumption such as overdoses or viral infections. The center also offers addicts various medical services, psychological support, a night shelter and hygienic injecting equipment in a judgment-free environment.
Look ok
ReplyDeleteShe seems to have just one pair of trousers.... but she has a very friendly smule and seems a down to earth person. I.P.
ReplyDeleteThese trousers are dark blue, not black. The blouse fits her quite well and I also like the handbag.
DeleteI am not very fond of these baggy trousers either, but to suggest that PS only has one pair is very nasty indeed.

Doesn’t seem especially nasty to me. If not the same pair, possibly multiple pairs of the same style 😀
DeleteBizarre son chemisier moulant ses seins non?
ReplyDeleteThe pale blue pussy bow blouse is very pretty. The pants with this blouse I am not so sure, it looses its style somehow. Obviously she is comfortable, regardless. Her smile, lights up her face.
ReplyDeleteThis looked to be a very informative visit. A great institution and much needed in this day and age.
Lovely color and pretty blouse. Stephanie looks comfortable, relaxed, and engaged. I think this is the style that Stephanie prefers and feels most comfortable in and I think this is exactly the type of outfit we are going to see from her all the time. In fact, this is what we see from her all the time. So, that said, I think she looks nice--the blouse fits nicely and the color is perfect for her.

Stéphanie porte à merveille ce chemisier bleu-pâle ; je l'imagine avec une jupe droite ou légèrement évasée même noire !
