On May 16, 2022, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie and their son Prince Charles visited the nursing care home Servior - Maison de Soins 'Bei Der Sauer' in Diekirch. Servior is the largest manager of reception and accommodation facilities for elderly people in Luxembourg. Diekirch is a commune with town status in north-eastern Luxembourg.
Little Prince Charles won't be so little pretty soon. Nice looking boy.

ReplyDeleteThe lady next to her with the flower skirt is better dressed than she is.
ReplyDeleteshe kind of gave up on making an effort with her style after giving birth to her son.
Deletej.
The lady next to her has a blouse that is gapping across the chest line, not what I call better than a slightly rumpled top. Also, parents, never let your little one try and grab a tail of a dog, just asking for a disaster to happen, it only takes a few seconds for the startled dog to turn and nip at the child, or bite.
DeleteIst der Kleine süß.
ReplyDeleteJa, das ist er.
DeleteIt is so heartwarming to see how much joy little Charles brings to the people. This boy is so adorable! As for fashion I like the outfit of the lady in the white blouse, printed skirt and orange belt.
ReplyDeleteLittle Prince Charles is adorable and the residents of the nursing care home are charmed by him.

Little Charles so adorable with always 2 happy parents. But Stefanie is imv not interested in clothes. And that's ok. The lady next to her is dressed very elegantly
ReplyDeleteThe toddler prince seems to be growing up well-parented. He is curious, affable, even tempered, comfortable in the spotlight. Very well done Gui and Stephanie
ReplyDeleteIn itself not a bad top worn by PS, but the fitting is poor.

Sweet little boy.
ReplyDeleteEn voyant la 2ème photo, j'ai éclaté de rire ; trop coquin petit Charles quand il a voulu faire joujou avec la queue du chien ; pas sûr qu'il ait été d'accord !
ReplyDeleteThey are a cute family but lacking in fashion sense. I understand that clothing isn't important to everyone but I think in the case of an official visit that a bit tidier and well thought out ensemble would be a more professional statement.

DeleteBut I'd say that it's not a lack of fashion sense but a lack of interest in fashion, period.
This little sweetheart made the people's day in the care home. One could pinch the little cheeks all day. I am glad they take him to places, so he gets used used to it.
ReplyDeleteHow thoughtful and kind of Guillaume and Stephanie to take little Charles along to visit the elderly residents of this nursing home. Nothing tends to brighten the day of people in nursing homes more than a young child. And Charles is the perfect age to want to engage when anything interests him. You can see the joy on the faces of the residents in the photos. This is also good practice for Charles to learn to mix with people as he gets older. I love that G and S do this so frequently--they get an A+ in parenting a future Grand Duke (probably parenting any child regardless of their future status). As for fashion--I do like Stephanie's outfit today but just wish the blouse were less snug.

It's so nice and considerate of the Grand Duke and Duchess to take their son to see and greet the people at the nursing care facility. They seem so happy to see the family. Good for them! Charles is raised to know what's important.
ReplyDeletePrincess Stephanie was very well dressed before the birth of her child. I do not think she is disinterested in clothes but she has not yet regained her old figure, and I have the feeling that she has other plans, so that fashion cannot take the same priority as before at this stage of her life.
