Being a daughter of a mother with Alzheimer’s, this is a very worthy cause and a sincere thank you your majesty for shining a light and to make known good dementia care - still very rare.

  6. Queen Silvia looks beautiful, as always, and I commend her for her efforts in championing the efforts of caregivers. My mother developed Alzheimer's Disease late in life. I can attest to the specialized care needed for those who suffer from dementia.

  7. I love that she has no problem with the elderly lady holding onto her arm, so sweet of the Queen.
She is a very elegant Queen, when you look back over the years at her outfits, stunning.
The King chose well when he chose this beautiful lady to be his Queen.
